Thank you, but i still got this problem . It says “ Firehose GetUFS info failed “
Think you can contact OnePlus for a remote restore. I plan on getting this phone in a few months , how are you liking it ? Also what you do to brick it ? You should be able to unbrick it tho seeing you have com port might me something simple giving the error. I have a OnePlus 5t and these phones are almost impossible to hard brick

Hey Guys,
I searched the thread but couldn't find any answers.
I got a Fido S4 (I337M) and tried unlocking it with the free method which didn't succeed.
I then paid FastGSM and that doesn't work either. Specifically, the client tells me it is unable to establish communication with my phone even though I have all the drivers installed and am able to use MTP with the phone.
The client pauses for a couple of seconds before responding with the error message
USB Debugging is enabled
Any thoughts?

Found solution.
Those guys don't bother telling you that you must have the SIM you wish to unlock in the phone.

It happens exactly when the vendor.img is being downloaded!
It could be the USB cord or driver problems (one of the negatives regarding Windows OS).
It happened to me a few times, sometimes you have to be a tad persistent.
