On my old Zenfone Selfie Phone, Android M the Animation Scale has .25x.
I would like to know if there is any way to configure it on Redmi Note 7.
Because there is only .5 and below there is .35x and .25x before Animation Off.

It worked, now I need an apk that replaces XuiMod, as I have it installed by Xposed on my other Asus Selfie with Android 6.0. Now Redmi Note 7 is with Xiaomi.eu and android 10, where it is not compatible. And I think there was no more update for him. I really liked the Xuimod apk. You know someone similar. You have to manually Google search and download SGS Touch screen booster.
The other 2, you can get directly from the play store.
I suggest the paid versions of the play store apps simply because the changes remain after you reboot the phone.
There's only 1 Minimum ADB that I'm aware of.
I give detailed instructions and links on my first and second post in that thread I linked yesterday.
Make sure you go back and read all of it before you make your adjustments
Just updated the touch latency thread with videos on how my phone performs with some screen tweaks along with animation settings of
Window 0.45
Transition 0.03
Animation 0.44
Try that and see how you like the phone's performance!
Download systemui tuner app on play store. Run all permissions using adb platform tools. You can edit animation scale from the app.
AFAIK, you should be able to modify these inside the Developer Options, no ADB required. I am gonna attach a screenshot to give yourself an idea (this is in PE, but I think it is the same way for MIUI):

Try signing the apk using ZipSigner from Market. Then it might be installed as normal apk.
Does anybody have backup of stock t315 launcher ? I forget to backup, and now launcher just force close and won't work.
edit. Or does somebody know another way to get back to stock launcher ?

I have not tried that, but I might. But I do not want to override my current Touchwiz launcher with this one.
How to enable multi-window in Android 6 Marshmallow:
There is a workaround to get split view mode on your smartphones, if you have rooted your device. To activate multi-windows in your devices, here are the steps you need to follow:
- Install Marshmallow on your Android smartphone.
- Root your device
- From Google Play Store, install a file manager app with root access.
- Open the newly installed file manager app and grant it root permission.
- Go to /system/ directory and open build.prop file.
- Inside the file, change the value of build type from user to userdebug.
- Save the build.prop file.
- Reboot your device.
- Once back, enable Developer Options: go to Settings > About Phone > tap on Build Number seven times.
- Go back to Settings > Developer Options > go to the bottom of the Drawing category and enable Multi-window from the options.

After Trying many methods, i found that non of the build.prop values was changed.
I think it not HTC that excluded this feature, it all about the rooting i think.
CAN ANYONE CONFIRM?

I also stated in the OP of the rooting thread, if you are going to modify the system anyway, just go with the traditional root method. Chainfire disabled system write while using systemless root method to maintain system partition integrity.
After using it i can definitely say Multi window is poorly implemented, not worth using. Not as easy as Samsung's implementation.
Ya its still a very much alpha I would say.. Maybe in the next version we will see if fully implemented.

Didn't find the file in buildprop to change to userdebug but did flip on multiwindow in developer options.

Install Method:
Recommend to use King Flasher: http://tfile.kingflasher.com/soft/kingflasher_setup.exe
1. Connect your phone to computer with USB cable and open USB debbuging.
How to open USB debbuging: Settings > About device > Tap “BUILD MUNBER” 7 times > Back to Settings > Developer options > Select “USB Debbuging”.
2. Please open King Flasher and choose a ROM you like, then click “Flash”.
3. Wait for downloading ROM.
4. After the download finished, King Flasher will flash your phone automaticlly. It will take about 5-10 minutes to finish.
5. Your phone will reboot to the new system when it finish.

Can,t see tethered devices..
When I turn on personal hotspot I can't see any devices connected to me though they are connected ..so I can't block or kivk out them...

Its been a really long time away from Android ROMS for me but I remember this being an issue some times in the past. Seems like the system was looking for the folder to save the screenshots in. Could be "sdcard/pictures/Screenshots" If that folder doesn't exist create it and that might fix it.?

delete the old screenshot file and it will create one itself. this usually happens when your previous backup conflicts with new rom.

Most of them Wanted GRX TouchWiz Mode for Non-Rooted Phones So i have Modded the GRX to work on Galaxy Note-9 SM-N960F and SM-N960U Only (oreo 8.1) (No Root Required)
Installation Guide,
1) Install the TouchWiz.apk and GRXTouchWiz.apk as Normal Installation you do
2) If you have the SABS or Package disabler pro you disable the Samsung Touchwiz.apk (or you if dont have app to disable no issue, just go to settings and make touchwiz home in installed apps section as default Launcher)
3) Then go to settings and give permissions for the TouchWizHome.apk for Phone and storage and go to Advance options and then turn ON apps that can appear on top, and apps that can change system settings.
Thats it, all done
In case If the Installation fails then go to settings/Apps/(press on 3 dot option)/Show system app/Samsung Experience Launcher/(press on 3 dot option)/Uninstall Update/ Then Re-Follow the Installation Guide from 1st

Serious? This is Exynos only? - what is different about touchwiz between the 2? I would seriously consider going back to touchwiz with this.

Thanks for this. One thing I like is that it would allow increasing grid size, but curious if there are other features? Also, to revert back to Samsung Experience if needed, do we just choose it as default Home again, and uninstall?

you can uninstall this if you dont want, (there are more features like the icons go edge below the navigation bar much more explore in the GRX mode settings apk for more customisation

Is there a way to eliminate that 'zero page' from opening, what is it? Keeps opening as the settings crashes every now and then.
Also, is there a way to remove Dock Icon texts?
