hello , can anyone tell me how to upgrade ROM 1.12 ?

I want all the cab files same to 1.11 officially ROM..
I am the new comer. Too complicated for me to upgrade for bigstorage.
Please advise where to download and proceed this. Thank you ,all.

radio-1.03.00
ext rom-1.11.144 wwe
i just wanna know which would n=be the latest rom available for me to update i am in asia.
and steps u need to follow for that ,unlocking the ext rom is to be done for the update???

Please help me guys.
Last night I flashed TNT ROM into HTC WIZA200. While installation, everthing was going perfect but after reaching at 99% it gave me "error 302".
I searched every where about this problem. So I got that my Wiza200 was not CID unlocked .
now I know that before loading any custom ROM, I must have to unlock the CID/SIM lock.
Now my Wiza200 is stuck at 3 color screen. Now the solution is that I have to load the OFFICIAL ROM of the Wiza200.
I search every where the Official ROM. But I can't find it.
PLEASE HELP ME... If anyone have the ROM for my Wiza200 please please share me the link....
my device is G3
IPL : 1.05
SPL : 1.05
