I have 2 sim. One is jio and other bsnl.
I want to use bsnl as default for data. When i am changing bsnl to data then mine jio sim network is gone because this setting changes network mode also. So it tries to have bsnl on 4g(not available) and jio on 2g(not available).
I read previous thread and found dual 4g is not supported in redmi 3s prime.
I dont want dual support, i just want my 2g sim to use data and jio sim for receiving call.
I am on lineage 14.1 official.
Kindly provide solution.
Just an update.
One of the developer told me that it can't be done on land. As jio is internet based network which won't work if we choose bsnl as default for network.
So it can't be done.. ?
Hi,
I've got the FIG-LX1 C432 variant. With an iDmobile SIM, wifi calling connects, I get the 'iDMobile Wi-Fi Calling' on the status bar, I can make calls over wifi, but I can't receive any calls. The calls just go through to answerphone. I can receive calls as normal without wifi calling.
I've tested the phone with an EE SIM card, and wifi calling incoming and outgoing works. Curiously, with the EE SIM, I get 'EE Wi-Fi Calling' on the status bar, plus a VoWIFI icon right next to it. With the iDMobile SIM, I only get 'iDMobile Wi-Fi Calling' but not the VoWIFI symbol. Could that be an indicator of some incomplete registration?
Has anyone tried iDMobile wifi calling with their P Smart?
With any other networks, does anyone's P Smart wifi-calling work when just getting 'XXXXX Wi-fi Calling' message with or without the VoWIFI icon?
Thanks!
Hi guys,
Following the XDA tradition, I have extensively searched online and followed relevant threads for more than a week after which I am posting my question here. I hope the community will help me identify my errors and provide a solution.
My first Sim slot has a Jio Sim. The second slot has an Airtel Sim.
On default settings, I can see a Volte 2 icon besides the network bar which evidently indicates that Airtel Volte is active (2 indicating the second Sim slot).
My mobile data is active through the Jio Sim which has a little 4G+ icon besides the Jio network bar.
However, I cannot place calls with the Jio Sim. The moment I press on a number and select the Jio Sim for a call, the screen goes back to the call log.
On the other hand, Airtel Data and Calling is working seamlessly.
Coming to the settings, there is an Enable Volte option in the Airtel Sim settings but no such option is visible in the Jio Sim settings.
Attaching relevant screenshots.
Please advise what should I do to be able to place calls with Jio.
Thanks
Hi,
after upgrading to Pie I experienced call drops and poor coverage.
I then investigated and found out VolLTE, which should be supported, is not enabled in my phone. I also understand that WiFi Calling is also supported by this phone, but I cannot find out where/how to enable it.
The phone is not rooted and I use two sim cards: Vodafone and EE.
I dialled *#*#4636#*#* and "VoLTE provisioned" is disabled, "Video Calling provisioned" is disabled, "Wi-Fi calling provisioned" is disabled and "EAB/Presence Provisioned" is disabled. Is that normal?
Please let me know
Thank you!
Does your carrier support Volte and VoWifi patches for this device?

VoWIFI Calling has been enabled in my device (Jio).
I am still not able to see Vowifi calling option in my handset...I have airtel sim card

Maybe Airtel hasn't enabled VoWIFI in your location.

Airtel supports wifi calling on nokia 6.1 plus. I am using it. Try to enable it with jio sim. Then use airtel sim. It worked for many users. u ll see the option to enable wifi calling then.
I have sold the phone, it just did not work properly
I then bought a Xiaomi MI 9 SE which is MUCH better in every way

Hi,
Thanks for support, I got wifi calling support on next day after my post here... Thank you
Currently using Airtel sim on samsung galaxy S8. I'm facing some network problem in my area so I can't able to make or receive a call due to this problem. So I decided to use wifi calling feature. Now I came to know that wifi calling feature is not available in that list which was published by Airtel. Then I contacted airtel regarding this issue. They said that my mobile phone doesn't support Wifi calling. Then I have searched wifi calling feature on my phone. Its available. The thing is I cant able to disable or enable it. (I have attached screenshot of it )
Then I just switched my primary sim to JIO for checking whether wifi calling is working or not. Happly it's working fine on JIO sim.
Jio is supporting wifi calling why not Airtel..?
OS Version : Android Pie one UI 1.0 (using Samsung original software)
is there any other way to unlock this feature .....?
