Wow. You need to do a tutorial on this. That's just flat out amazing. That's like 5k less than devices equipped with an SD 810 with probably an even better single core score. Great job,

Antutu changed the scoring now.. so the devices with these score previously have more rating.

Would the mod work on blu_spark kernel, else ill just dirty flash the ROM first to overwrite to stock Kernel

Will the ABS tweak work on Cyanogenmod?
This is with the new antutu. Scores have changed and 50k is what is expected from oneplus-x now. Sd810 devices get 80k now

Yep you're right, But with my oneplus X, i got 47k antutu on oxygen os stock. I'll try to flash this and tell my result
My HTC One M8 scored 66854.
I find the OnePlus X to be a bit disappointing.

49-51k is normal for 801 with the new antutu... Tryed on 2 other 801 device's now...
OnePlus X (Stock 2.1.3-x) vs OnePlus One (exodus aosp 5.1)
I'm actually surprised how low it preforms in the 3d department... Just tested a 800 unit here and got over 3800 on 3d...

You can directly flash these mods on any rom any kernel. The best MOD I have came across is L speed mod.

It isn't just you. On cm12.1 for me it says snapdragon 800 too, but on OxygenOS it says indeed 801 and ARM.
OPX stock result is low, but all is good for a normal use. With blu_active governor is another story.

dude for one custom rom?

Because that, there are so many custom rom that you choose. Which would you choose?
I'm on revivorOS because stock gives me more battery fuel. Overclocked cpu with elementalx kernel and viperarise audio mod.
PureNexus with elementalX kernel works best for me...

You can find DU at devs-base.
As for ElementalX I disable all memory killers, disable the 4 big cores, and use the interactive governor tweaks as described here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2769899

I was also testing lineage OS but I saw that for a month that does not update and now I'm testing jx creampie odexed, by facor write what you use to give me ideas

yeees custom kernel for mi5s plus
Phone felt a bit sluggish at the start, but that went away fast.
Some GPU Governors freeze my phone forcing a full reset.
Can't really tell the difference aside from that. Thanks!

Funny, but this kinda fixes my weird lagging problem on LineageOS. So the default gov. is sucks for my device, lol.
Well thanks a ton for the work! wish if you could add impulse, wheatley and lagfree on the kernel tho!

The best ROM I ever used

As you guys' recommendation, I've tried a lot of custom ROMs for Pxiel2 XL. For instance, Dirty Unicorn, Bootlegger家, Pixel Dust, Havoc and Crdroid.
Honestly, there is little difference between them. But I do believe I can pick the best one as my favourite one.
the most stable ROM: official ROM
the most smoothy ROM: Crdroid ROM
the best battery life ROM: Bootleggers ROM
what's your opinion towards the best ROM? please make comments below~
btw, I do you have the issue with RAM management? the free RAM for me is only below 1G after opening 4-5 apps, 'Android operate system' used the majority of the RAM.
My set up is Hacoc plus Kirisakura Kernel with kernel swap space increased from 512mb to 1024mb to negate most of the Ram problems . I've had this set up for about a month and don't see myself changing until Q is stable.

Can you talk more about "kernel swap space increased from 512mb to 1024mb to negate most of the Ram problems"? That sounds interesting. Is that set through a kernel manager?
Is this the ZRAM size? That's the only thing I see under the Memory Options in EXKM with 512mb.

Yes its under ZRAM. I was googling around for a Ram fix and came across a pixel 3 thread that stated that google patched the pixel 3's ram issue by increasing the swap size top 1024mb and decided to give it a shot. Low and behold my games now stay in memory , youtube, instagram, etc. I have 3 phones with the same chipset and neither device has worse Ram management than the pixel.

Cool, thanks for the info. Can you send screenshots or steps of how you did this? When I try to do it in EX Kernel Manager, it says it may take a while and ZRAM just sits at "stopping", but never gets past that. I'm on Elixr kernel w/ the LKT Magisk Mod installed, so that may have something to do with it.
I found scorpion rom while browsing AFH and it's pretty sweet. I keep going back to bootleggers though

I came across this Magisk Mod that does similar, but adjusts it automatically: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=79099714&postcount=680. It's by the developer of LTK. On my Taimen it boosted my ZRAM to 1792MB.

Would this conflict with custom kernels since it warns against kernel mods?

actually, I didn't find any issue after flashing the custom kernel and this module, smoothy enough.
I also personally use havoc rom. it had the best feel in my opinion. i read up on the ram management hijack in this thread too. it makes sense so i thought id try it myself. definitely recommend havoc though.

you can carefully read the instruction again, the intro didn't say any about the conflict with custom kernel, one thing you might notice is that substratum is not allowed to use with NFS

I use FK to manage kernel settings. Do keep in mind that it does take time for the settings to get applied because zram turns off, dumps all zram (swap) to 0mb then restarts to apply the new setting, which is why it may seems like zram is hanging with a "stopping " message.

Benchmarks (stock or rooted)

Hey guys!
For some time i ve been lucky to get a custom kernel and tho it s not overclocked just undervolted..the results are ASTONISHING!!!
Wether you re rooted or not..would love to see YOUR RESULTS!
SO POST THEM HERE ?
My setup is:
Galaxy S20+ 5G ( G986B/DS )
12 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM
Latest Official OneUI 2.5 ROM with October sec patch (Android 10)
Performance gov or ondemand used
Custom kernel
TWRP 3.4.0
Stable Magisk 21000
Fsync was off for these tests and the phone was chilled in the fridge for best thermals.
And here are the scores:
Well I have attachedy antutu/geekbench results and I am shocked to see that they are worse, especially the antutu score. I'm using the snapdragon SM-G9860

Really good cpu multicore score..can never achieve more than 3100 on exynos sadly...but exynos cpu single core is awesome when a custom kernel is at stake. Cheers and thanks for sharing. It s an awesome chipset/soc anyway...much better than stock exynos.
