Hi!
Please post a foto and exact dimensions of the Raphael's battery when you will get your device.
Thanks!
Looks just like the square Touch Diamond battery, just thicker (perhaps ~9mm - don't have a measurement with me).
The model # is DIAM171 and Part # is 35H00111-08M, rating 3.7V DC, 1,340mAh.
Seems to be identical to the optional extended battery that is available for Touch Diamond, e.g. see here:

I've purchased this tablet since a few hours and I've noticed that all hw apps, like hwinfo, cpuz, etc. recognize the battery with a capacity of only 2000 mAh, unlike 4250 mAh.
Is it possibile and Could I have received a "fake"?

Following the Accubattery info the battery seems to have a real capacity of 3700 mAh instead that of 4250 mAh, as from specs.

For those that aren't aware, starting with the S10 phones, people were getting quite a bit less battery capacity than what samsung was advertising, using Accubattery, as well as external meters.
See discussion here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s10/help/low-estimated-battery-capacity-t3909380
Anyway, based on the phone infos, it appears these will be the rated capacities:
S20: 3880 mAh (Marketed as 4000 mAh)
S20+: 4370 mAh (Marketed as 4500 mAh)
S20Ultra: 4855 mAh (Marketed as 5000 mAh)
For reference, S10 was 3300 mAh, even though it was marketed as 3400 mAh.
You get these numbers by going to Settings -> About Phone -> Battery Information -> Read the bottom paragraph.
