[Q] "Use location" popup in some new android apps

Hi i have seen these popups in some new android apps,Clicking on yes will automatically turn on location services and wifi. [TIP] [MIUI 9] Split Window support for All Apps

[BOLD] Hello Miui fellas. Recalling from Samsung's TouhWiz, to get all apps as multiwindow supported; a modification was needed. So the late support of Split window on Miui also brought the support for using the feature on all apps without any mod. You may already been discovered it like me but here is how to get it for letting the other people know.
Settings » Additional settings » Developer options » Force activities to be resizable »» enable it. Then any of your apps will be multi-windowed through Split window feature(on recents). [/BOLD]
