You will need to wait for T Mobile to release A10. I doubt this will happen anytime soon. Or you will need to root your phone.

How exactly did you achieve this?
Please share, rooting is not an option for me, so I would like to have this functioning.

10.3.0? What version are referring to? I have not heard of this release. Do you have a link to it?
EDIT: I found a link to a forum posting on OnePlus: https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/10-3-0-update-started-rolling-out-d.1155411/

I had 9.17or what ever the last android pie. Then updated to 10.0.1 and after that when 10.3.0 came out I just did that. Nothing special. It never asked me to add cards again like it did the last time.

The T-Mobile variant doesnt have the proper CTS profile to pass the security checks. So when you flash the 10.x ROMS on T-Mobile device you will not be certified to use those apps that require the higher level encryption. Right now the apps that I know of are Disney, Netflix, and G-Pay.
It does not break standard apps like G-Mail, Maps, etc.
There is a way around this using a specific Magisk module but I dont recall which one. It doesn't bother me enough to worry about it.

If you open up the Chinese store app on the device you can download Google Play Services and the Play Store from there. But they don't run and they always crash. It would be nice to get a port of the international ROM to flash, as mentioned on here too.

Kungoroot on PC and Apk both fail.. Chances are it cost far more than it should. Thailand doesn't get all Android phones. We don't have the Pixel either. But you can get them, just two or three times the price, same as you.
I am using Nokia 6 PRC (People Republic of China) version in Hong Kong.

Hydrogen OS update
So how is the OS ? Anyone has reviewed it yet ?
I live in China, I find this ROM really nice, a lot of features are here to make stuff quick, like the long fingerbitton press to go straight into wechat paying (or alipay, it's up to you) the automatic spam folder for sms, and other small stuff that makes me happy ^^
I'm wondering if other people are using this ROM over here ...
I just went to their official website, apparently they have an 8.0 Beta rom available, I'm trying to get some information before trying that

I just tried hitting the check for updates button like 20 times since it was announced.. nothing came through. I had a brainstorm and noticed that everyone that posted up screenshots had their phones plugged. I gave it shot, hit the check for updates button and bam.. downloading the OTA now. Perhaps this may help if anyone is not getting and not understanding why, plug your phone in and check again!

True and eh. I highly doubt Google could pull a Pokemon GO and look into files just to give it a red flag. Recently had to fix two others because of the same issue. This is indeed a issue that hasn't been fixed by 1+. If it isn't, and people are passing with the Fingerprint that is installed I will shut up. But I have yet to see that happen, Unfortunately.
