Head Unit Identification - Android Head-Units

I purchased the following unit during July this year for a 2017 Smart Fortwo 453. Unfortunately I'm having the following issues which the supplier does not seem to be able to sort out:-
1. I have a mobile 4g dongle which the unit connects to OK but the Wi-fi has to be started manually every time the unit is switched on before it will connect.
2. The fader is out of balance between left and right which I have to correct every time I switch the unit on.
3. I have tried a factory reset but having tried all the suggestions for codes on this site none of them work.
I would be quite happy to install a custom ROM if it would help to sort out my issues, again I would need the code.
Details of the unit:-
Model – FK3368 (1024 x 600)
Android Version – 9
Build No rk3368-userdebug 9 PQ2A. 190305.002 20190708.113243 test keys

You are in the wrong sub-forum. Go up one level and then check the MTCD forums.
For a custom Rom take a look at : https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...-malaysk-roms-px5-2-4-gb-8-0-android-t3762724 (Malaysk)

PX5 , New trying to get steeringwheels controls to work

Hi everyone,
I am new to this whole Android radio ( I do work in IT ) and just figuring all of this out. I had some questions but where I bought the unit I have yet to get a answer. I have googled , but still have some questions and need help if anyone can help me out.
So I am still figuring everything out.
# Steering Wheel controls - The app shows the 4 buttons (vol -/+, skip f/b) but I can't program the buttons. I found online the factory settings and my code online (3368) and I see a CARBUS location but I am not sure what to do. I found a kuga setting, but that didn't work. help ??? what am I doing wrong {I see a lot of article to connect cables Key 1 and key 2 }
# Radio very weak - My old unit I was getting signal just fine and now this new unit seems weak. Anyway to increase the power to the antenna or I saw somewhere someone suggesting upgrading the MCU of the unit ? Anyone got a link
# Aux cable port- My car had a AUX and it worked fine with my old unit. Any way to use the AUX with my new android unit or install a app to allow me to use it again ?
# Upgrade - Can I update my unit and how do I do this ? What is my latest version and where are the links to stay up to date ?

Update firmware

hi there..I have an unbranded android head unit...im looking to update the firmware...can some body please point me in the right direction for the files please an thanks...
More info
I have the same question. I have what appears to be a bremmen. with arm cortex A9 @1.6 ghz (4x). 2 gigs of ram.. it is running px3 (1024x600 s). I bought this car cheap from a 65 year old man who had this radio installed back in 17. he had no idea how to operate it. it appears to me that one of the sd card went bad. so I am trying to fix it and see if this android unit is even worth the updates.... considering who ever installed did the install did not install the USB Cable to hook the phone up to... I am really mad. I appreciate all the help. pointing me in the right direction. I really like this head unit cause it makes my Eos almost look stock.

Hello any luck side-loading a software on Toyota Prado OEM Radio ?
To enable or disable Android Auto & Carplay, click the Settings button, scroll down to Units (where Kilometers is selected), and press and hold it until a new window appears (you may have to hold it for up to 30 seconds).

Once I was able to get into original android settings app because something crashed while I was trying something. I was able to change some settings and access file manager. But at that time I didn't have any apks. After restart I was unable to get the settings menu again. The problem is that he in-built browser wont allow us to download anything.
Found this https://fccid.io/IPH-02324/User-Manual/Users-Manual-2936349
This looks same to the one on my GCC toyota RAV4 2016.

Hey,
I am sorry. I don't think the below fix will work for you because mine is a 2020 model.
