Hi,
I saw than since 2 days the 2nd version of the Android 10 Open Beta has been released.
Form this article : XDA 6T Open Beta, it explain that the v31 is targeting de OnePlus 6, and the v19 the 6T.
However, I have the 6T and I'm currently in v30..
So did I flash the wrong open beta the first time?
Is there a way to go directly from 30 to 19?
Not loosing my data could be great ^^
(I'm not rooted)
Thanks in advance!
It's just a mistake in the name, OB30 = Android 10 beta 1, OB31 = Android 10 beta 2, for 6 and 6T.

Looking at official betas for 6 and 6T:
https://www.oneplus.com/uk/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574156173727
https://www.oneplus.com/uk/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574156215016
Latest beta (Pie) for 6 is Open Beta 28 and Open Beta 17 for 6T, so it looks like you originally flashed the wrong beta? Thought that's not possible.

Yes, pretty weird right? However in my system info, the current version is OP6T_O2_BETA_30... So it looks like the version is the proper one..

He didn't flashed the wrong zip, as I said before: it's a derp in the name.
This is my 6T with beta 2:
Thanks for answering! So the article is wrong?
So I installed the V19 package of the article.
Everything works fine, I now have the beta 2 with a v31 in my parameters.

Hello mate.
Do you mind to share exactly which file have you used? I also have OP6T_O2_BETA_30 on my device and i am looking to update it.
Have you used this file ?
OnePlus6TOxygen_41_OTA_060-061_patch_1911200419_a790c610760.zip
Thanks
I used the Oxygen Updater App : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arjanvlek.oxygenupdater
I set to "Incremental Beta Update", and he propose me to install the OTA beta 19.

I have Oneplus 5, I was initially running Open Beta 14, I installed Mokee ROM for Android P and later again flashed OP5 to OxygenOS 5.1.3 Android 8.1 using Qualcom MSM Tool.
But I am not able to Flash Open Beta(s) now,, I tried Open beta 13 and 15, none worked.
I clean wiped using stock recovery, didnot work.
Wiped using TWRP by BluSparx 3.2.3 - vendor still not mounted( as it doesnot exists) and - still Open Beta not flashed after wipe.
I also switched to Android 7.1.1 and tried installing Open Beta 13 and 15 - still didnot work.
Please help me switch to Open Beta ROM for Oxygen OS Oneplus 5
First flash open beta 12 then you can flash ob 14 or 15.
Sent from my OnePlus 5 using XDA Labs

Have you read the post above yours? It's mandatory to update to a special ob first so vendor partition will be created.
It's not made clear in the installation notes for OB14, 15, 16 etc but yes as @bkma says, you need to flash OB 12 first if you are coming from non-OB.

The problem is that oneplus did not implement clean flashing of every beta/stable. The updates are always seamless ota updates, hence its not possible for normal users to skip updates and continue with ob16 when coming from OB11 for example.
That's a thing people don't understand here. The process provided by oneplus is fool proof, but when you did not follow the official way, it can be hard, as always.
Therefore its not mentioned in later open beta changelogs or installation instructions. It was mentioned when vendor partition came up.

I see where you are coming from, and you're right, if you were on the Open Beta program all along, this is fool proof.
I bought a new OnePlus 5 about a month ago, I think OB14 was the latest beta release about then. I had not been messing around with rooting, 3rd party roms, kernels, twrp, anything like that. I was just looking for OnePlus official way to get on to the latest beta. It took me a bit of searching through old forum posts (posts which were made before the time I was even thinking of getting a OP5) to find out how to do it.
The information on the OnePlus website currently is insufficient for new beta users to install it from stable. (unless if you go digging through the old release notes) It's not a complaint, just pointing out that it is a subtlety of going to the latest OB that people would have to be aware of if they are new to the OP5 (or if they have recently decided to move from stable to beta).
I just picked up the 5 for a family member. She needs working Xposed (or rather, *I* need working Xposed to set everything up well), so no Pie. What is the latest Oreo I can get? The official ROM mirror thread lists 5.1.7 for stable and, for some reason, two open beta 21 zips. OOS has releases up to 5.1.11 on other Oneplus devices. Am I right in assuming they didn't release them for the 5? Is OB 21 farther along than 5.1.7? If so, which of the two zips should I be using? I apologize for posting, but neither search nor bruteforce reading of threads has yielded an answer.
The fixes listed in post-5.1.7 releases look valuable. "Fixed system stability issues", for one. Am I jut SOL on those?
Cheers,
-ln

You can find download links (including mirrors) of all the OxygenOS Oreo builds for the OnePlus 5 from here. OxygenOS 5.1.7 (the last stable build based on Android 8.1 Oreo) was released after OxygenOS Open Beta 21 (the last open beta build based on Android 8.1 Oreo), so I suggest you go for the stable build as it might have some patches that aren't there in the open beta build.

Yeah, I've seen the mirror thread obviously - and even started trying to read all of it. It's brilliant. However, while it lists all of the available stock/OB zips, what it doesn't do is actually explain what they contain and the chronology, hence my questions. Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Would've taken me ages if not for your help mate

It appears MIUI 11 (Chinese Beta only) for the Redmi Note 4/4X is available for testing. You can download it via the page below:
https://www.xda-developers.com/download-miui-11-beta-now-for-13-xiaomi-devices-changelog/
I believe you can flash it via TWRP, make sure to do the lazyflash afterwards or it may bootloop.

For me, I have chosen to stay with MIUI 9 since last year because the MIUI 10 broke the Google Camera. I have never updated since then.
If anyone is currently testing this beta MIUI 11, would you be able to let us know here if Google Camera works for this now?

Anyone got the OxygenOS 12 on the global version?
From what I can see only the India and North America versions are OTA and no mention of the global ROM.

Hi i haven't tried yet because i have to backup everything. Oxygen 13 is much better than 12 but is still a colors os and i don't like the ui. I roll back because i don't like the interface, the new dialer and the missing features. Hope i helped you
The same : I upgraded to O12 but I had to downgrade because I lost some features. Do you have some feedback about O13 on Oneplus 8 Pro ?

Hi as i said Oxygen 13 is much better than Oxygen 12 but of course is a ColorOS so you will lose the same features but is optimized better. During these two weeks i didn't find any bugs, simply i don't like it. The only negative thing is that objectively the battery life is worse than Oxygen 11
Thx. Did you downgrade successful with MSM ? (last question )

You're welcome . No i haven't downgraded it yet because i'm working and have to backup all. I will update this thread after doing it. I will post here the result
Thanks ;-)
I am thinking of doing this too. First this 8 pro was the greatest phone ever. Then I, like an idiot updated to Android 12. It was pure crap. All those permission askin and even the alarm clock. I wish they would have gone to stock android rather that ****.
13 is better than 12 but I still think the main thing is that 11 was much more simple and, well worked . My work phone has that.
Main questions are
can we go straight from 13 to 11?
Is there a guide on that already?
Some good youtube videos on going from 13 to 12 and 12 to 11, but not about 13 to eleven.
Oh, one more question!!!
Can you remove the update notification (update to 12?) from android 11?? Work phone op 8 has that.
Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the delay but the holidays and work made me busy during this time. I rolled back following the guide. It has been almost simple and now i have a real oxygen. probably in the future i have to update or replace my phone but for now i'm good. The wordt part was doing backup because it has been really slow due the type c transfer. Hope to be helpfull!

I did step by step. 13 -> 12 and 12 -> 11. It has been a bit more tricky but worked and this is the most imporant thing. For the notification i saw that if you go con system update, press look for update and instantely close settings. The notification will disappear until you turn off or reboot. You can make this operation whenever you want to let the notification disappear
I did this the hard way also. But yeah, for now. The Android 11 is working smooth!! JUST REMEMBER TO BACKUP EVERYTHING!!!! [and make sure you have 3.0 usb-wire otherwise it is slow as hell (the red one isn't)]
First 13>12 with this video:
and secondly 12>11 with this:
HereI had problems. The local update (downgrade" file failed to verify with the app on the video. So I used "OPLocalUpdate_For_Android12.apk"for the downgrade file
Then lasty I updated to the newest version of android 11 with local update. Files from the very bottom of the site
Steps to Downgrade or Rollback Oneplus 8, 8 pro, 8T & 9R from Stable OxygenOS 12 to OxygenOS 11
Oneplus user are not happy about changes done on OxygenOS 12 for Oneplus 8, 8 pro, 8T & 9R. Now users want to downgrade to Stable.
