So I posted a thread few days ago but this case is different
Phone's rooted and have TWRP 3.0.2.1-ashyx, I flashed Aryamod note 7 for my a500h
everything went fine and after that flashed the patch wiped dalvik restarted and it boots to TWRP and its stuck on this loop
Is there any workaround?
What causes this TWRP loop ?

Mi boot varutha
I installed TWRP 3.1.1 using the ODIN patched version and was successful. I had let the system boot into the samsung original stock from where you see "HI" then I rebooted it into TWRP to attempt flashing and I got the /data partition couldn't be wiped. So I ran some of the other repair functions in TWRP and that appear to have fixed it. I then flashed with the latest LineageOS, Gsap, and Magistk20. When it boots up the LineageOS I'm stuck on the Lineage Splash screen. I've let it run over night and it has't changed anything. Any advice?
I recommend trying to wipe the system and reinstall LineageOS with flashing Magisk. If the same problem occurs. Just wipe the system and flash LineageOS without installing Magisk.

Here's how I think I fixed it.
booted into TWRP
advanced wipe, Factory reset
booted it into TWRP
Flashed the LineageOS
boot into LineageOS
boot it into TWRP
flashed the Gapps.
I'm up and running now. I tried different iterations and It really bothered me because it worked fine on another one. I was also at time flashing it with SuperSU and other times with Magisk. It didn't matter which one I used it got stuck on the LineageOS splash screen.

By the way, it's called the boot animation. The splash screen is like the Samsung screen that says powered by Android.
Possible corrupted file

So far you're quite correct I personally have three SM-T580's and they all seem to work just a little bit different. Might I suggest doing an MD5 Sumcheck? The device shouldn't be getting into a bootloop unless there was something wrong with the files, or the device.
Hi Everyone,
The first thing I did after flashing TWRP on my RN7 was a BackUp with TWRP of all my partitions. (It was the first time i launched it, so i also saved the Miui Recovery).
Then I tried to boot on the system but I get stucked in the "Redmi by Xiaomi" screen.
I tried to install an AOSPExtended Rom but it didn't worked.
I flashed Orange Fox and retrayed to flash AOSPExtended. It didn't worked either because it was designed for violet and not for Lavander (facepalm).
I tried an Unofficial LineageOS found on XDA, the installation worked but I'm stuck in a bootloop since.
The Redmi by Xiaomi screen starts over and over. I can't even turn off my phone.
I tried to reboot after wiping Cache, System, Vendor, Data and Dalvik (just to see if I would be able to turn it off) but same result.
Do you have any Ideas?
Thanks a lot!
Which rom did you have while taking the first backup?
Wipe System, Data, Cache, then reboot the recovery and then restore the backup of System, Data and Boot. Don't restore recovery. See if this works.

Flash a custom ROM with the latest OrangeFox, then format the data partition (Menu->Manage Partitions->Data->Format data->"yes"), then reboot to system.
Do NOT try to restore your TWRP backups.
I finally tried an other Lineage Os Rom from XDA and it finally worked.
But I don't really know why.
The first one I tried to install was in fact a Potato OS... (You can download it from the same page!)
But still, this ROM was for Lavander too, I don't understand why it didn't worked....
Anyway my phone is OK now! Thanks a lot!

What would happen if I tried to restore my Backup?

What would happen is :crying: Returning to MIUI from a custom ROM is a can of worms. There are instructions here: https://wiki.orangefox.tech/en/guides. But even that is not guaranteed to do the job.

I think that would be a good thing, otherwise, people will stumble upon it, and keep posting.
hello friends,
I have been away from XDA for a long time now but finally decided to flash a custom rom on my RN7s ... and while doing so I am stuck with an issue.
1. I hsve Unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP successfully
2. Decided to flash crDroid v8.6
but here is the problem
When I boot the rom the phone shows Redmi Logo and then it just shows the boot animation it restarts. It does this 2 times and then shuts down.
I am able to boot into recovery and fastboot too.
I think the issue seems to be with the encryption thing. After flashing the recovery I also flashed Disable Force Encryption from (https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261793868) looking at this video
.
Can someone please guide what am I doing wrong. Steps that I follow:
1. wipe cache/dalvik cache, system and data
2. flash rom
3. reboot
But clearly this is not working. Kindly share your thoughts please.

You need to format the data partition
