As subject I recently have Oppo Find 5 for a review on magazine and I found this update.
I hope this can be useful for further development

Where did you find this update? The last update from OPPO was dated 0413. This is likely an experimental build not meant for the public or its a Chinese firmware update -also not meant for the international market.

Nobody else running official firmware on the international variant has this update. You didn't punch in a dialer code to get this update to show up did you?

This is not an official update released by Oppo. This version is experimental and not intended for public use. The Oppo Find 5 is on 04/13 International release.

what dialer code?
I have this device for a magazine review since I'm currently working as an editor for droidmagzid.com
This is not a prototype device, or at least I dont think so.. I dont know.
Just got this device early in the morning from my boss for a review.
I was checking the Android version and the build number to match with the latest firmware here on XDA, then I clicked the system update..
and it show an update.. and so I began updating the device. The previous build number was *********413
The CASUAL root method works on this version, I am able to gain root access, CWM recovery, make a nandroid backup, etc..

As long as you didn't punch in a dialer code to access experimental OTA builds than you should be fine. It seems to be an update for the Asian market or something.. not sure really. But the rest of us... who are using the official international firmware are still on 0413

That's for the Chinese market, not the international.. And even though the Chinese model# is an X909 it doesn't support the same radio bands and there are some other differences. But either way, that firmware is not intended for us. Our latest is still 0413.

No not at all you can flash Chinese firmware or international without worry. Its up to you but having support for a Chinese firmware won't be as easy.

Hi all,
I just need to know when Samsung will update Galaxy Note 3 (N9005) to Lollipop?!
ANY NEWS ?!
If there would be any news, don't you think you would've already heard about it?
Samsung refuses to give even a clue about a Rom release. If you ask they give the old response that the firmware is in testing and may be released at any time...
Well as Exynos devices (however only for Russia) have got the official update I don't think ours will be much further from release. Now whether I will upgrade to it or not is an entirely different question. I think the update should be available within one month from now.

Yes, officially. Here's the link, http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/42405/N900XXUEBOA6_N900SEREBOA6_SER.zip/
Do check for what version it is though, I mean 16 or 32GB, I don't know that. Again, that is for EXYNOS models only.
Huwai india confirms that EMUI 3.0 for honor 6 in this month and lollipop will be July.

I wouldn't waste time thinking about it. Expect to see a final lollipop build "around" mid 2016.
Also it's worth noting that Lollipop isn't such a big deal. Kitkat + Xposed is much better IMO.

Nope. Just part of the build number.
Build numbers are 4 alphanumeric characters, Betas always start with Z
So if you look at the beta build numbers: ZSJA, ZSJF, ZSK3, ZSK9, and ZSKF . J comes before K so you know those 2 came first followed by the 2 With K . A before F so ZSJA came before ZSJF and numbers before letters, so 3 before 9 followed by F (ZSK3, ZSK9, ZSKF). So by looking at the last 4 digits you can see if its newer or older than your current firmware. We dont know what the final beta build will be yet. The stable release will probably start with a C because our Pie builds start with B and Samsung typically starts with a new beginning letter with a OS version change.

Anybody have any news when the Tab S5e is getting Android 10? I was expecting Mar/Apr. That estimate is based on past experience with Samsung tablets. In the past, Samsung pushed out OS updates to its flagship tablets after it updated its phones.

T725 is LTE model, T720 is wifi only model so no it's not interchangeable
At last!
Is there some way to force T725 update on a device outside UK? (changing device region, using a VPN, or so?)

As far as I know this is not possible because the CSC code is checked.
You can change your CSC code to UK and it should work.
But I think you need root to change your CSC code.
