Choice of battery - LeEco Le Pro3 Questions & Answers

Hi. My 3 years Le Pro 3 is still living, but using by my mom. I replaced the LCD few months ago, because had problem with yellow line and color. (circles of a bit changed value). Last time the battery behaves a bit weird. When it's on low level and in higher usage, the phone turns off. I had many years ago Galaxy S3, where the battery degradate up to 95% self turn off, so I know, the battery is going to die in next months/year. So, I really should order and replace the battery. I want to order it on Aliexpress. The ROM is AICP 13, but i'll change it to 14 or 15. Le Pro 3 x720.
My question is: Which one battery should I choose? (LTF23A)
1. OEM battery - 4070mAh and good lasts, but manufactured in mid 2016 (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32968264479.html)
2. Not-OEM battery with mid 2019 manufacture date like
a) LOSONCOER 5350mAh (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32887596956.html)
b) WISECOCO 5750mAh https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32994917812.html
... but ofc the capacity is a bit fake and real should be in about ~4400mAh. In my opinion the bigger battery 'll be better, because never overloads, less heats, could charge faster and is 3 years newer. But not sure if.

Hi. I buy the Losoncoer battere for my x720. It's good. From acubattery the max capacity After 5 charge it's 4090 mah of 5350 but now from 8:00 ti 24:00 have another 30% residue. My old battery charge max 95% and at 20% Power off at 18:00 to day. For me It good battery.

sorry i can not understand, the battery Losoncoer is a fake 5350 battery? It's a 4090 ? Thanks

acubattery estimates that after 5 recharges the maximum capacity is 4090. I can tell you that now my thermile lasts twice as I do not know other methods to say the maximum capacity with certainty. for me the important thing is that at least the 4000 are there. honestly a battery of over 5000 I expect it to be thicker than the original and not the same size. only Pro is that the 5000 battery seems to be fuller than the original.

You're not really losing it, it's just that the battery reporting is poor so when you reboot it is probably "catching up" and showing you the real value.

Do you think so? But when I charge the phone it is off... And charge all night.. And when I turn on in the morning I've that problem..

..Or you could look at it this way. Rebooting takes a significant amount of power and thus it will be lost after it boots up.

Hes not rebooting or powering off the phone, from the graph it looks like he is just turning on the screen and taking it out of deepsleep/idle mode.
The screen is a HUGE battery hog and if you have high brightness you can destroy the battery quickly. What is your brightness set at OP?
Nexus 4 uses a lot of power to turn on, reboot. On top of that, battery display is not correctly informed. Should be fixed in the next update.

Could be something like media scanner, that's a good suggestion. Because you certainly shouldn't be losing 5 to 10% on booting.

No pics, movies, music? Mine was obvious, it was the highest battery drain in the battery use monitor.
Maybe fully charge then shut it off, unplug, and turn it back on leave it set for 5-10 minutes and check on what is eating battery. I assume you've done this put you haven't mentioned any apps of android system or anything eating battery.

I also experimented similar strange battery behaviour last week;
I started a stress test with 35% of battery and stop it when level reached 10%. As battery level continued to drop (within 30 sec) to 7%, I checked running apps and closed everything, but after another 30sec (or 1 min) phone shut down after reaching 1%. So to summarise, I also experiment lost of 10% of battery within 1 or 2 minutes.
There's another thread from me here on the same subject. I think it's down to crap battery stats on the phone side. I placed a call with Google and they claim they've never heard of a large battery drop on boot before.
For note I charge my phone up every night when i get back home and power it off on 100% charge before going to bed. In the morning on starting up I get a battery reading of anything from 82-99%. Note tehre appears to be no difference if the phoen is left off for longer periods of time (i.e. for me weekends when i'm not getting up for work hours being a lazy sod)

I didn't resolve too...and I didn't find the app...maybe the problem are kernel wakelocks

3500MaH Spare BATTERY SPOTTED in the WILD!

Hi Guys,
Did anyone come across this battery? http://www.ebay.com.my/itm/Quality-...850?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2ee3147afa
its a 3500mah battery.... how would you know if it is not safe to use?
i think this is a fake...
Do not shipping to germany is a indicator that they have big Problem with the german law... think, do not buy
For $10, it will attract some curious people. We will just have to wait and see the review and feedbacks. But when demand goes up, price goes up.

Then the phone will light on fire as a new and improved feature of the battery ahaha.
who's gonna be the first to try quick charging with that battery?
OK, I've said it in the past... I'll say it again...
Don't you all think that if LG could, they would have implemented a 3,500 mah battery instead of a 3000 mah battery? Especially seeing that it's a minimal cost... If it were truly 3,500 and could withstand the 300-500 recharges as its current battery can hold, then I truly think they would have done it. EVERY review simply states "it's big, but not the biggest in the new flagships" or something of the sort... LG could have had it says "bigger than any other flagship out there!"
This is a total fake. If it's real, that charge won't last more than 20-30 charges, tops, at 3,500 mah.

Actually I have seen manufacturers shy away from bigger batteries to save a few $ (even if it isn't that much). But yeah, this think is probably 2900-3050 mah. I have had multiple Chinese knock offs and the usually work but at best they match the original battery unless they are massive (like my G3 6500 Mah). Only way to know is to try it out and if it sucks get your money back and let everyone know. You'll only be out a few bucks and you might have a battery just as good as the original. My 2 cents

I have had multiple Chinese batteries, and while they last a while for the first few charges, after that, it's all downhill. They aren't as reliable - at least not these no-name brands. I'd stick with Mugen, they make very good batteries! But hey, at least at that price you can get a battery that you can keep in your bag or something as an emergency. I didn't say it wouldn't work! I just said that the capacity of 3500 probably isn't true.

As the rumors are for 3000 mAh battery. So what are your expectations for SOT and standby time. Hope they resolve the 2% drain per hour issue of Galaxy S6. This is the worst standby drain I had with my phone. Let's hope sammy improves on this for S7.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So the leaked specs & handling video confirms that it is in fact 2800 mAh battery. OK still better than the 2550 mAh in Galaxy S6.
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_gal...e_announcement_specs_confirmed-news-16679.php
I'm thinking we could expect a full day of pretty heavy usage on the S7. As for the S7 edge, I'm hoping for 2 days of medium/heavy usage.
With increased battery sizes, improved display efficiency, OS optimizations, etc. I don't think this is far fetched.

I also hope that in use it would have better SOT than GS6. Like mentioned earlier, my biggest concern is standby drain. For my GS6 the standby drain is consistent at 2% / hour regardless of whatever I disable / enable. Even package disabler pro bears same standby by drain. In contrast my iPhone 6 with exactly the same apps installed will show only 1% standby drain / 4 hours.
As more leaks and rumors flow forth on upcoming "Always on" screen of Galaxy S7, it's easy to become prematurely concerned about what it all might mean for the battery life. Let's wait and see.

I've read that it's actually 0.5% per hour (thanks to AMOLED), and it will actually turn off if proximity sensor is covered (i.e. if it's in a bag or pocket).

Second day, almost 6hrs SoT and still 35% battery left.
Can we maybe also add what apps we're usually using (what apps use most of the battery)? This would be pretty interesting to know.
The sot's doesn't look really well. Or are you guys only played games? For a 4000mAh battery with Snapdragon 625 should be more possible.
Bit different, but I did an hour test of streaming youtube on WiFi (everything else closed, sync off, stamina off, etc) with medium brightness and medium audio through speaker.
It lost only 7%, so looking at 14 hours watching YouTube in this way
Pretty good I reckon.
In general use the couple of days I have had it the battery seems really good.
Edit... After a couple more days use my typical Screen On Time is approx 10 11 hours for general usage (mainly on WiFi)

In the meantime I turned off AoD and now it's fine, I've found out that the screen never turn off even when inside the pocket.
