I installed this last night, did a full wipe, then installed this and the first time when flashing Magisk after it got stuck bootlooping the G logo. I wiped Davik and installed again and magisk went on fine this time. I only just noticed today that my microphone isn't working in videos and apps. The permissions are allowed in the settings, is this something anybody else experienced? Any Ideas? It definitely works as I phoned a friend and I use the 'okay google' thing

Thanks a lot for this ROM. This is my first time flashing a custom ROM on an Android. I did get stuck after installing, when it didn't wanna let me into the system after boot, because there was encryption enabled, and I didn't have the password, so I thought I bricked it . But after completely wiping with TWRP it was fine.
Btw. I know it's one of the known issues but, is there a plan to make the Goodix scanner work? Mine doesn't work, so I'm guessing I have Goodix. Thanks a lot.

1. If you have Goodix Fingerprint Scanner then it'll obviously won't work, if you have FPC, then it should work fine.
2. Did you try flashing Magisk installer zip?
one request to the developer, can the network speed indicator be added to the status bar.. ?

TWRP Recovery Error 7 While Installing, i have fix that, after boot room work very well, but BT call dont work if you try call with BT automatic switch to normal audio capsule. BT hearphone work perfect with spotify or music, have this issue only with call

Flash Magisk after 1st boot or it breaks app installation. You can try ROM's native root manager or SuperSU also.
Those Mi 3 user's facing bootloop in other ROM's will likely face same here(?). We are working to fix the issue. FYI device tree's have not been modified (intentionally atleast) to reflect this.

Unofficial is developed by anyone, any person who's willing to develop/code/compile.

As far as I know...
Official ROMs come from a group of people who have worked on the development of a ROM in their own way. They have certain guidelines to follow, they make a brand out of their development. Like lineage OS has developed a ROM with not much of customization options available in it. Nitrogen OS guys have decided to develop a feature rich ROM.
Unofficial ROM could come from people like Shivam or any individual who works on or maintain a ROM in whatever way he/she wants. Right now there is no official maintainer available in the group who created Pixel Experience ROM. So Shivam is taking an initiative to take their source and work on the changes to make it run on Mi3/Mi4.

This rom is far better than any others rom.....I love it but loudspeaker sound , ringtone sound, when facebook,imo call sound is very low. almost bug free rom. recommand to use everyone. Thank dev
Battery life is great. i can get almost 1 day usage using this rom. but usb debugging, mtp and adb seem not working. tried to install all the driver, disabling certificate etc. tell me if something missing. i love this rom but the probelm do annoy me a little bit :crying:

Moto power pack works fine so I prefer this ROM to LOS 16. But I can't find App Ops or similar in this ROM. What program could you recommend to use like App Ops or Privacy Guard?

Just installed this rom. So far so good, Incipio battery mod working as it should. I'll add any bugs I notice to this post later. Another thing I'll add, it feels smoother than LOS 16.
Edit 1: So if I try to add a new google account, I get a black screen, anyone else with the issue?
Does the original Jbl mod have volume control, besides mute and full blast? Maybe someone who already has flashed the rom can give it a shot!? It would be highly appreciated! ?

Installed and stuck on boot animation, remove indigo battery pack, boot normally, install boot.img patch and all wokrs.

Yes, the efficiency mode work pretty well
Disable Chromium, webview will be a problem.
Confirming about chrominiun. If you disable it, some apps crash (like Tumblr) and you cant add google accounts (black screen). If its enabled, everything is a-okey! ?
You can still install another webview if you disable chromium.

Why is this ROM asking for the a decryption password when there isn't one ? And when I enter any password it says it is the right password but does not unlock but wants to reset phone ??

Trying this one out because of DeltaOTA
i always have problem with magisk after a short time period, i lost magisk root and can't get it back no matter what i do with other rom, hope this one won't have the same problem.

Ummm im not an expert, but its something about the format of the storage of urs I guess, happened to me too. You just have to save your files on your phone(if you want to see them again) and format the storage and ur good to go

I dont face heating problem. If so i wont use this rom. I accept much, but no heating issue.
I do just normal things too. No gaming. And i have 8-9 h sot. Maybe your heating issue come from a app? Got that one time..but long ago.
Magisk lost after reboot. ROM installed as in OP!

Yes this happens sometimes. But not only on this Rom. Do not reboot.Turn your phone off . And then boot back to system. Root must work again then. It worked on every Pie Rom for me if root was lost.
I know its not the Final Solution but...who cares lol
Edit: If it really dont work after flash Rom, flash magisk again in Recovery and turn phone off. Then boot again to sytem.

Hello, I am using this rom personally and didn't face the issue, if u face this next time pls report with logcat : D
does this rom have rounded corners? because the previous pe 10 didn't. i don't wanna waste my time flashing this rom if doesn't.
I was faced messenger video call black screen problem on this rom previous version. Is it fixed?

I have updated (Dirty) to the latest PE build and my finding ( PE 10)
a.The fingerprint not working
b. GPS issue on apps depending on GPS
Then I clean flashed to 10 plus hoping for better
a. Fingerprint working
b. GPS is still an issue
c. Recorder not working ( I dont use it so dont care much just to let you know )
Since there is a bug on the latest build i decided to reverted back to previous version.
Anyone know how to fix the whatsapp call and video call on previous PE build? My phone will go blank or shutdown and I need to on again my phone..

Thanks for reporting, GPS issue came into notice little while back and yes audio recorder isn't working and I ensure you that it'll be fixed by next update ( thanks again for reporting and being here
also fingerprint, its because of sepolicy issue with FPC fp use permissiver for now to fix, will be fixed next update

Bugs and Fixes
I have updated to the latest PE build and found these bugs( PE 10)
1. Fingerprint not working
2. I can't flash anything on TWRP Recovery {in TWRP recovery internal storage (0mb)} cant even mount the data
Haven't found any other bug as I haven't used it much
Bugs Fixed
No more screen freezing problem after using for a couple of minutes
haven't tested WhatsApp crash/freeze issue
