My ZTE Blade Spark was working fine and randomly just turned off and blackscreened. I pressed the power button to turn it back on and just started vibrating every second or so? I was using the beta Google Messenger and was sending a text right before this happened if that helps
I've tried a soft reset as well as holding the power and volume buttons in all configurations, the buttons do not glow any color. I've also tried unplugging the battery and plugging it back in, but the vibrating simply starts again when the cover is back on.
I don't know why its doing this and I need some help
Thanks

Hi guys, I hope I can type this coherently.
I have a g3 wizard that I have flashed many times over the last year or so. Lately the power button has stopped working. I can get the phone to turn on by plugging it in, and then holding in the camera/voice buttons and THEN hitting the power button. It goes into the rainbow screen, and I just soft reset via the hole on the side. At that point it is on and running fine, but the power button does nothing.
The power button does nothing at all unless I plug the phone in, and then only if I go to bootloader. It seems to work just fine to do that-which is what is stumping me. I thought the button was just broken. The charge/battery lights do come on.
For now I have it set to never turn off, so I try to make sure it doesn't run too low. The battery life seems ok. Any tips? I want to be able to put the phone to sleep again...
thanks
I have a Samsung GT-S7390 phone. And now it seams dead. This is what happened.
I was using Google play to install Badoo and suddenly the screen went black and then gradually turned to completely white. It was unresponsive. No reaction on holding power button, or home button for a short or long time.
I didn't know how to turn it off and I didn't know a combination for a reset. So I pressed power, home and volume down buttons at the same time. The phone turned off and since then it is dead.
I tried to take out the battery for some time, take out sim card, tried all the combinations of buttons and did nothing. It is dead.
Does anyone knows what might happen to it?
Any answer is better then no answer. Please help.
Thanks!
I was using my phone (43% battery) listening to music using the castbox podcast app when suddenly the music stopped and my phone completely froze, nothing worked not even stand by, i held down the power button to restart it but it just turned off and would not turn on again, i then left it and after around 10 minutes i see it has turned on, to a white google logo with a grey background (never seen that before) i hold down the power button again to try and restart it but it then just turned off again and wouldnt do anything regardless of what buttons i pressed (power/ power + volume up/down) i have plugged it in, still nothing, and nothing when pressing buttons while plugged in.
any one got any idea what could be wrong or how i could fix this?

Welcome new XDA member.... first post? Many threads on this topic. Have you held the power button down by itself for several minutes? Were you having ANY battery issues leading up to this? Can you boot to Recovery? Are you running TWRP?
I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary - just watching some YouTube videos and attempted to turn on my Bluetooth to connect my bluetooth speaker, all of a sudden the phone froze and then it went to a blackscreen and the blue LED was stuck on, now the LED has changed to white yet the condition is the same - blackscreen and doesn't respond to any button presses. Is there any way to force restart this phone via computer? It's my only phone right now and it's detrimental that I get it working as soon as possible.
Note: I have no custom firmware or ROMs, I use the default of what's with the phone.
Thanks in advance,
Tyrone.
Try every button press combination for 1-2 minutes (Only the power button, Vol-Down and power button or all at the same time). To see if you can get it to hard reset or go into fastboot.
Apart from that, there shouldn't be much else to do, apart from waiting until the battery drains out or something.

I looked at the forums and all over google today for more than 6 hours trying to fix the phone to no avail. Basicly what happened, my phone froze after was droped and after restarting throu power button it got stuck on boot loop. So i dowloaded Huawei P9 Lite VNS-L31 model firmware and tried to instal throu SD card with volume up/down and power button option. It didnt work i got error message saying that it cant update becouse software doesnt comply with this version. And after that my phone went down. It is now completely unresponsive. Screen is black and a red light is on all the time ( not flashing ). Put it in charger no images appear. Try to press power button for 10 seconds. Red lamp dissappears for a second and comes back and no response from the phone, screen still black and no vibrations or sounds. Can access any of volume down or up power button menus. Its like the phone is dead but only the red lamp is on. Any idead whats wrong with the phone? Now i cant even try to wipe the phone or install new software couse it just doesnt despond only the red light turns off for a second when holding the power button for some time and comes on and no response from the phone.
Hey, I have the same problem. Did you manage to find the solution to it?
