Any idea when we might get lineage os 15 for Moto G4 Play[harpia]?

As far as I know it boots - but camera and RIL aren't working. This was the 0709 build however, I'm not sure about the latest build. It's certainly a start though!

Sorry, I meant the 0905 build, not 0907. RIL = Radio Interface Layer, pretty much mobile networking.

Radio interface layer. The software layer that interfaces with the device drivers and hardware that connects to the mobile phone network. Basically the stuff that makes your smart phone a phone.
Apart from lineage os is there any other Oreo ROM for harpia?
I found some more ROMs on AFH that I think are based on 8.0 but I don't have time to test them now.

EDIT: AOSCP (the 2nd one) doesn't seem to have RIL working, but AOSPExtended (the 1st one) does, but the camera doesn't work unfortunately.

Thanks for this, been looking for an Oreo build that has RIL only thing that isn't working for me is the camera so if that breaks the experience for anyone I wouldn't recommend flashing this AEX build

Yeah, RIL works but the camera doesn't and there are lots of graphical glitches.

Yeah I know we need to wait and must not ask for eta or sth like that.
But thanks for the information and the best rom so far.
But I guess that most bugs are corrected by merging last gzr rom on github.
And I saw that 8.1 validus was already released for our devices so we can wait a bit more for directly going on 8.1 instead having a 8.0 release with slim recents.
Here's a new build, it's still 8.0 but does include the new features. 8.1 will be along when it's ready

i have a space issue in mine!!! with 32gb the space say -21 free more space and when the phone boots it say that an issue with your device exist!!
NOP i just flash the vendor December and all is good!!!

If you correctly flash last 8.0 there's no problem at all.
Try flashing stock vendor image from Google website.

no it's all ok i flash 8.1 with december vendor and all is good. no any issue at all phone boot normally!!!, i need to ask if you khow what magisk is better 15 or 15.2?

There's no difference for nexus 5x users as the 15.2 bring support and fixes for other phones.
As you removed 8.1 for boot issue should it be fixed soon or can we flash it anyway?

Nope i have contact the dev directly he gave me he has pixel experience 8.1.0 stable version in hand also im going to test that too

Dev told me if i get hotspot or wifi error than flash heliox 13-12 build which comes bundeld with crdriod rom but in stock it works
Performance is good as par with viperos final build

The only problem I have encountered is hardware keys under customisation options doesn't work. As soon as you click on it, it force closes.
Besides that everything is working good. Deep sleep is working and it's a great rom. I played World War Heroes & it worked without a lag.

Just wanted to share with you my personal builds. Currently there's only LOS 13, but probably an AOSP 6.0.1 and an updated build of sultanxda's CM 13 will follow.

My plan was to update the outdated roms, sorry. Anyway, if nightly builds of LOS 14 will end, I'll move to Nougat.

No changelog, it's a different build. The normal is based on offivial lineageos sources (ashwin), meanwhile the sultan's one is based on sultanxda's sources.

Hi, first a huge thanks for sharing the ROM.
I would like to know certain things before flashing the ROM. First its is coming with the same kernel and tweaks that of Sultans and is it under clocked by default , if yes can I disable it by flashing the same zip from Sultan's ROM page.

Yes, pretty safe, but at least backup your photos before upgrade, I don't want to be the one who make you loose your data

Of course, 100% sultan based, if the zip worked before, it will work with this too

Beta cn is the best.
Battery seems better after this upgrade, turned off auto upgrade in case they mess it up in the next one!
