why there is no miui port for a5 devices when it still has the same hardware as redmi

Did someone know xiaomi redmi note 4 (mido) have same hardware specific as huawei Nova?
And redmi note 4 have a lot of custom ROM .
I tried to install one ROM on my huawei device but in Twrp says This package is only for mido devices.
Can somebody modify Name of hardware or package name?
Is it possible to run?
