remember nitrogen from my nexus 6 days, would love to see a build too

Back in when I was using OnePlus One, NitrogenOS was THE BEST until I sold my phone.
I will be thrilled to bones if NitrogenOS makes it to OnePlus 3/3T as well !! :fingers-crossed:

Was my go to rom when i used to use Redmi Note 3 Pro. Hope any dev brings NOS to 3/3T

This is a lot more stable then the majority of 8.0.0 ROMs out right now for the OP3/T, with the exception being Validus I think. Do you know how to swap back button with recent apps? I don't natively use my phone the way the ROM has it set by default, but I am sure I can get used to it. Couldn't find anything in settings.

Bug I found, charging doesn't show symbol but still charges but it isn't Dash Charging.

Do i have to format data before installing?

Only other Oreo rom that is more stable right now imo is Validus. Anything else has pretty big issues that repeat across flashes.

For Validus I use the official GZOSP GAPPS they link in the thread which work flawlessly. For anything else I use ARM64 8.0 Pico from OpenGAPPs
The only problem I currently have with Validus is the battery drain. Once Paranoid Android or Dirty Unicorns comes out with Android 8.0 I will probably use those ROMs.

Omni has the best battery life so far from custom Oreo ROMs ...

Help regarding selecting rom

So i facing this weird problem with stock nougut
My phone automatically reboots even when i am having 50% of battery left in it. It automatically reboots anytime.
So i guess it is the problem regarding stock rom. So i want to know which is the best rom with monthly updates. Please help

Currently I am using LineageOS 14.1 Which is stable and everything works..
Didn't tried LineageOS 15 Yet going to try soon

after its stable... although there is nothing wrong in unofficial builds... its just a tag after the rom...There is no difference between an official and unofficial other than OTA support in the ROM

Can I flash it directly over stock nougat ? Or do I have to downgrade to marshmallow?

Help me build Lineage OS 14.1 or 15.1 for G8142 (EU version)

I bought this wonderful phone a while ago and I'm so happy I did.
First thing I did was to unlock the bootloader and install TWRP and then the NIGHTLY of CarbonROM which overall is fine, but I don't plan to use it much longer and I have several reasons for it.
My short time goal is to get this phone officially supported by Lineage, but the long term goal is to port it to Sailfish OS.
To port it to Sailfish OS (which means to build a hybris image to install on top of the Lineage image) I need a working local manifest that will either build Lineage 14.1 or 15.1.
https://github.com/Myself5/android_device_sony_maple is supposed to build Lineage 15.1 for this phone, but as a lack of enough needed RAM to build Lineage 15.1 I'm asking for assistance to make that come true.
To get updated vendor blobs you can use this one instead of the obsolete that Myself5 uses in his manifest:

Thanks, but what kernel did you use?
The one for CarbonRom have working LTE and WiFi.

I have a G8142 running the Carbon rom ATM. I'll help you out and run your work on my phone

I just need a working local manifest to build Lineage 15.1 for this model and working LTE. I'll check if I can borrow a friends computer and use my Linux distro as a VM. WiFi isn't the highest priority, but it's great if it could work as well.

bro problem is the tree you shared have lot of problems you have to manually pick all commits from carbon rom to make it stable it is not simple mainfest

then i think you should use carbon tree and one more think thanks to modpunk we can use stock camera on custom rom

Sorry for nagging, but if MultiRom manager can boot CarbonRom or your Lineage build that would be great.

Aha. Multirom Manager is a bootloader similar to GRUB that lets you have 2 ROM's or more installed side by side and at startup you get to choose which ROM you want to boot.
It's good for testing purposes and you still get to use a stable ROM at the same time.

first download your dezire stock rom from xperia fix then flash twrp recovery then format data then flash los

thank you a lot.i went here at first and it took me 5-10 minutes to also bump into the thread you've just posted.
so, there should be a good chance of getting the stock camera app to work on XZ Premium as well.

I think, you use MicroG. I tested Custom ROM RR latest version on this. Its worked.

If you have twrp,flash the update.zip downloaded from here.Twrp may be replaced by stock recovery.

Worked on Custom ROM 7.x.x
But, for FlymeOS, put app for sync google contact manually.
For all worked.. I use it for daily using ROM LOS 14.1

i do have meizu m2 mini with me (my mom uses it) also i can make roms but thing is our device trr+ sources are hell lot buggy :/ so cant be helped much but you can try GSI's like this aosp gsi compiled by @Dinolek use this as base and flash multiple 8.1 based Treble roms GSI's also some Android pie gsi boot up too but as always you have to deal with some small bugs

On flyme 6.2.1.0G, i use gapps installer of meizu itself. On custom, aroma.

Same for me. But on Bootleggers ROM.

there is anew Version out. oneforall... i will test and report on my 4/64 global xiaomi.eu Rom...

So the latest axn Camera runs fine. Also 48mpx runs. instalked via magisk on xiaomi.eu Rom... but after fladhing i restartet Phone.

I tested Version 94.... Now Version 96 is online in telegramm Group.
So i Tested latest 96 ALL inOne Version :
All Runs fine (Photo Portrait Video Night slomo) .But 48mpX dont work. Its only 1920x1080.
so happy testing =)

48mp works but you have to apply the fix. if it crashes you need to add the extra framework/fixes. all the files are available on official website https://camera.aeonax.com/
