Verizon Note 3 works for LTE band 4?

My question is does Verizon Note 3 support LTE band 4? And I know what Verizon LTE band 4 should be compatible with the T-mobile LTE band 4 does that mean if Verizon Note 3 if support LTE band 4 and it will get LTE on T-mobile?
Thanks ahead.
Several users in the update thread who say they live in AWS areas are still seeing the same speeds as the old software (MI9)
So the verizon note 3 doesnt have band 4 enabled? I wanted to get it for use on tmobile lte since I was getting a good deal on it. Any info would be appreciated.
I do not see it is enabled on I9 firmware, maybe it will be enabled on later update.

If I can get this phone under 500 no contract.. but my main purpose is to use it on tmobile LTE.. should i buy it?
No, I think you shouldn't buy it, because if you can't use the T-mobile 4G then it is not worth it.
I guess I wont be buying it. Thanks for the insight. If anyone finds out anything about tmobile 4g LTE on this model let me know

V model use on other carriers?

Ok so Verizon is the only one available in 32gb I guess. Is anyone using a Verizon s5 on at&t?

16gb is all I've ever heard of at least for a retail phone.
You should be able to use any Verizon 4G phone on ATT or another GSM carrier, provided that the phone is hardware capable (and the S5 is). See Verizon's unlocking policy (just Google "verizon wireless unlocking", and it's the first link).
I have 2 G900V's in the mail that I should get this week, one for my wife, one for me. I plan on putting one on Cricket, and the other on Page Plus. I go on a road trip vacation in 2 weeks, so I will have lots of fun comparing ATT coverage vs Verizon coverage.
See quote from Verizon's unlocking policy:
Postpay Device Unlocking Policy:
We do not lock most phones or tablets that are activated with our postpay service, either during or after the term of your service contract or Edge installment sales agreement.
We do not lock our 4G LTE devices, and no code is needed to program them for use with another carrier.
We do not lock our 3G devices, other than our non-iPhone Global Ready 3G phones, and the simple code to program such 3G devices for use with another carrier is either “000000” or “123456.” If the user guide for your device does not provide instructions to access the programming menu, you can contact us at *611 from your Verizon Wireless phone, or (800)922-0204, for assistance.
The SIM cards used in our non-iPhone 3G Global Ready phones are locked. We willl unlock those SIM cards at your request.

Actually, I want to add some more info regarding the "hardware capable" bit. The G900V is only capable on LTE bands 4 and 13. However, the G900A is capable on LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 17. From what I have read, ATT uses bands 2, 4, 5, and 17 for LTE, with band 17 being their primary, and they only use bands 2, 4, and 5 if they aren't licensed for band 17 in a particular area. Conversely, Verizon mainly uses LTE band 13, and only uses band 4 as the "extended LTE" that they market to rural areas. Therefore...I expect that if you get a G900V and put it on ATT's network, you may get limited LTE coverage, depending on where you are, and if you take a G900A and try to put it on verizon's network, you will get limited LTE coverage.
On the bright side, The G900V is capable for all the same 2G and 3G bands that the G900A is, so you should have no problem with less than LTE speeds on ATT's network with the G900V.
On the downside, the G900A is not capable on the CDMA bands that Verizon uses for 2G and 3G. So, while you may be able to take a G900V onto ATT and call it mostly successful (but not up to parity with G900A), you will probably not get much luck taking a G900A onto Verizon's network.
Interesting comparison: the iPhone 6 (both the "GSM" and "CDMA" versions) are all capable on LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, and 29. Wowzer!
Wow great info I really appreciate your reply

s5 verizon lte band 3

Hi there. Can someone help me please to get a lte connection on band 3 s5 verizon g900v. It connects on band 3 but i got no signal. Here is a screenshot with details on attachement. What may cause service: limited ?
I'm not sure why you want band 3. I think Verizon uses 4 and 13 and blocks 3. 3 is widely a universal band which I think they purposely block.
To unlock all the bands try this. Go to UE Settings/Settings/Protocol/NAS/Network Control/Band Selection and select LTE all bands.
I want band 3 because im using the phone in europe and the lte band of carrier is 3. If i unlock all lte band its still trying to connect on band 3 on others has no service.

Then follow the instructions above and select LTE/WCDMA. That will unlock all the bands supported by the Qualcomm chip.
Selected all lte bands. Then network mode lte/wcdma. And still no 4G just H+.

Have you tried selecting LTE/WCDMA? I need to select that one for some networks when I travel.

Ok i put the sim from s5 verizon on another 4G phone and i got signal but on band 7. Now i cant switch to band 7 on s5 verizon so i can get 4G signal... i try to force lte band 7 from service menu but it doesnt stay the asterix just wont show up just on band 3 , 4 or 13. Is there any way to force to go on band 7? The nv values are 594014 for bands 2 3 4 5 7 13 17 20.

Does the T-Mobile V20 H918 fully support band 12/17 when used on AT&T?

I'm confused. T-Mobile and AT&T both list their V20s as supporting band 12 (and they don't even list band 17). However on FrequencyCheck it suggests that the T-Mobile variant H918 doesn't support the 700mhz B block spectrum I see sometimes referred to as band 12 and/or band 17. I don't have enough posts so I can't link to the FrequencyCheck page...
I don't care about missing AT&T band 30, but the 700mhz B block is important most places. Will an unlocked T-Mobile V20 work on 700mhz B block if I switch to AT&T? Anyone using the H918 on AT&T?
I use on att. I get lte band 12 all the time.

Great, so it sounds like there is really no issue in using the H918 on AT&T unless one desperately wanted band 30 for select congested cities.

Quick question. Did you sim unlock your H918? If so how? Trying to figure out how to sim unlock, do to me traveling soon. Any help?
there is a T-Mobile unlock APp. But you need to be in T-Mobile sim at the time with the account in good standing. There us a temp and perm unlock. I bought mine unlocked.
I need to wait the 40 days on T-Mobile before they will issue the permanent unlock code which is annoying.

Missing Lte Band 12?

Use my Pro 3 on the T mobile network ..
Notice when i am in large building i.e Walmart or Movie Theater..
I get zero bars..!!
Went to GSM arena [ http://m.gsmarena.com/leeco_le_pro3-8344.php ] and according to their specs, this phone is missing band 12 and 17 if your on AT&T.
Also according to lineage [ https://github.com/LineageOS/lineage_wiki/blob/master/_data/devices/zl1.yml ]
Now the site Le Eco Usa Says it does [ http://www.leeco.com/us/phone/leeco_le_pro3/ ]
So my question to the community is what gives??
Which version is true?
there are different version of Le Pro 3. The one with band 12 and 17 is the US version X727. check what version you have and if it's not X727 then you know what.
Went to settings..
Says Lex727..

as long as you get lte out in the clear places, it's just weak signal.:good:
This phone has B12. I've seen B4 & B12, B2 is the only one I haven't seen used. I checked with a signal app.
Band 12 Le Pro 3
Wanted to weigh in...I am using the LePro3 x727 in T-Mobile (north Miami, FL) and I have yet see the phone connect with Band 12. I have both Band 2 and Band 4. I am running lineageOS and using the app LTE discovery.

Hard to connect to B12 since B4 is the primary band here, but sometimes I get lucky.
I connect to B12 sometimes, but it is very rare. You can force Band 12 in Network Signal Guru and see if your phone connects to it (needs root). The network will always try to keep you on Band 2 or Band 4 on T-Mobile.
