Eonon G2150F Double Din 6.2" Android 5.1 Car Stereo

I just purchased an Eonon G2150F Double Din 6.2" Android 5.1 Car Stereo and so far it is working well.
One thing that I have noticed that is different from the earlier models I have owned from various vendors is that using the rear USB ports it can run an external hard drive. I currently am using a 1 TB drive and it is working perfectly without having to use a 12 volt USB hub to supply the power for it. The advertisement on the Eonon ebay page for it clearly says it will not work, but it does, and very well.
The GUI is not the flashiest I have seen, but it runs fast and gives no issues as yet.
Another nice feature is that I no longer have to wait 30 seconds to do anything with the head unit like I did with my 4.4.4 android quad core that proceeded this one.
It utilizes that instant on feature where the unit does not shut down, but instead goes into a low power consumption state.
Torque works well, but only blue tooth obd2 adapters that don't use a pin are accepted or USB ones. Mine has a button on it that when pressed allows the head unit to find it and pair with it the first time.
it does not come preloaded with tons of useless apps like so many other android devices do. The apps are all useful and easy to find.
I have not as yet been able to root it, so if anyone knows of a way to root it, please let me know.

I am new to the Anroid head unit scene, but am quite interested.
Several Madza and BMW owner forums speak highly of their model specific versions.

BiliTheAxe were you able to get USB Hubs to work? I am currently unable to on my 5.1 unit.

Eincar Y-A257 Double Din Head unit. Need upgraded from 4.4 to 5.1?

I purchased this unit as an android 5.1 model. The unit I got is only 4.4. The splash screen says "TOPWAY Android 4.4". It was also supposed to have 2ghz processor. But the specs show 1.6 and 2. I'll have to check that later.
I have a few questions:
1) Is there a big difference between 4.4 and 5.1? In other words - is it worth the trouble to try to get this unit upgraded to 5.1?
2) Does anyone know how to upgrade this unit to 5.1? Or know of any company in Los Angeles that will do it for me?

Eincar android stereo video output function isn't working, does my device system need upgrade?

Looking for a good list of Android car stereo head unit.

Stereo with all the features, who is going to make it first and available?

I like some details on that listing, but I would like it to be PX5 or PX6, with Android OS 8.1 and/or 9(Pie) upgradable, and be able to run Android Auto app. Also I want the current top specs I see now like 4GB Ram/64GB Rom. I hope for a good IPS screen that has good sun glare reduction. Features like DVD, Navigation App, TPMS/4G dongle/Dab+ input, steering wheel audio control with voice activation preset,Quick Booting, Latest Dual Qualcomm Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX for handsfree & data transfer, if that helps stream calls, and music. Dual Wi-Fi AC,N, bands. A USB Hub Quickcharge 3.0 which is on my LG G6 phone too keep charged with enough USB power output. I have a Kenwood DMX6705S that I'm returning because it is not working with the connections well between Pandora, and also Android Auto, I also thought it was the Kenwood DMX7705S with 2 USB ports, but now hope to get a unit with 4+ USB ports (like the KURATU stereo in the poll, or even able to use a USB hub full powered DC with data transfer), to handle connections for a USB Flash drive/USB HDD 256GB+, with my Android phone charging and sharing files, and maybe still have my old iPOD or data mp3 player connected, and still would be nice if 4 ports to be able to use a 3/4g Cell Modem Adapter or something else. I like the other features, TPMS, DVR, Dash-Cam, Rear Cam, Gesture Cam or Inside Camera options too. 3 sets of RCA (4volt+), HD screen, DVD player, and AM, FM, HD Radio. A 9+band EQ, with DSP and nice onboard 4x50+watt amp. I may edit and add features, please submit suggestions that include most or all of these features. I have put in this 7" but would consider trying to fit a 10.1" I haven't seen one with a tiltable and pivot arm to adjust the viewing the most stereo console is not well suited for a drivers viewing maybe like a wall mountable arm tablet ball with a wide range of motion. Maybe the Gesture control too, but with a movable sensor or camera to customize where you can do hand signals at. Most important is sound and availability of music, bottom line is it must perform into a nice sounding system with multiple input & output connections for expanding the system. I hope to find a unit with a dev community to support updates like I see some of the articles on the PX5+ units. Thank you all in advance for your input, suggestions, and interest. Please post any new units that meet most of these features if not all for the viewers to consider, the poll is just examples that don't have all the features in one unit. Bought the Topnavi 10.1" Octa Core Android 8.1 2+32GB Head Unit Car Radio for Lexus IS250 IS350 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 3G RDS some time back but since installing it the AC controls dont seem to work and it just stays on cant seem to turn it off. Can anyone help with this?please
