So my mi 9t is not bricked, I was running the latest EU version of miui 11 when I tried to lock the bootloader. I now have the error your system has been destroyed? But due to antiroll back protection I can't flash any of the current .tar files available for miflash tools. Is there anyway around this or will I have to wait till a miui 11 version of the flash tool images are released? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, since the day I installed a custom I wanted to the the The LateAutumn Project kernel, but it always reboots on my device, I have a redmi 2 1gb ram, TWRP and maybe lollipop bootloader, with tesla rom (probally locked bootloader) what can I do to fix this? anyone can help me?
the bootloader is not locked in Lolipop only partitions are change use proper recovery .
if you are not sure about your bootloader then flash redmi 2 prime Miui Rom to your device and then flash this https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24459283995314652 recovery and then flash the rom which you like.

Bootloader is never locked for redmi prime 2.If it is locked then you can't flash a single custom ROM before unlocking it.
Now your problem.I have seen u with this issue in late autumn kernel thread.
Actually I have tried LA but didn't face any issue.
1)If u haven't clean flash the ROM then do a clean flash.
2)If you want to stick with LA then then try it with different ROM and see what happens.
3)Don't set CPU high frequency to max.And change governel to ondemand.
4)Set G.P.U frequency one step high.

This firmware won't relock your bootloader
Both official & unofficial UBL able to use this firmware
Hello Guys,
After tried on several custom ROM -MM & N-, I realized that's we can use MiUI MM firmware on any custom ROM and those ROM will still worked like a charm.
Below firmware are the same firmware included at miui ROM, I just put the files without any changes. Just removed emmc_appsboot.mbn file to avoid relocked bootloader.
MiUI 6.11.3 firmware can be used for people which need efs backup from this firmware to be restored later on any custom ROM to gain volte feature without needed to flash full ROM using miflash.
MiUI 6.11.24 firmware, the same firmware provided at official CM14.1 thread. but, this one won't relock your bootloader.
Download:
MiUI 6.11.3 Firmware
MiUI 6.11.24 Firmware
I already tried both firmware on several custom ROM and everything work flawlessly on my phone.
Thanks.
new releases from 6.11.3 upwards dont contain emmc.appsboot.mbn, does that mean xiaomi made some changes with newer versions and wont relock BL any.ore if we already unlocked it?
Nice onw

I am thinking on to put on CM14 to my redmi note 3 pro kenzo 2GB.
it has been recommended to me:
-use normal XDA CM14, but then use RADON kernel.
questions: is this the best? is the firmware.zip still needed when using this?
another recommendation for me:
use this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/miui-firmware-files-t3516487
because this will not re lock the phone?
what about this? is the radon kernel, and/or the Firmware.zip still needed for this?
unclear to me.
which is the BEST CM14 way for redmi note 3 pro kenzo 2gb?
thx

my best way in term of custom rom flashing
1. firmware 6.11.24, only need to flash once. no need to reflashing as long as you didn't flash any other firmware. even you flash other custom rom, your firmware will remain untouch.
2. any custom rom, either MM or N
3. gapps
4. mods, any mods need to installed on your phone (i.e. SU app, kernel, sound mod, etc)
hope this clear for you
Please update link for 6.11.3 its not working

If you have an unlock boot loader just downloaded the fast boot ROM from here https://mifirm.net/model/davinci_eea.ttt
And flash it with mi flash tool, I have updated and downgraded multiple times and I haven't encountered any problems.
And when flashing check the flash clean all at the bottom right of the program if yout don't want to lock your bootloader.
if i do not want to unlock?

Has anybody successfuly downgraded Miui 11.0.1.0 global back to 10? And how...... of course
I've downgraded to miui 10 when miui 11 came out due to battery drain issues.
In order to do that, you will need your phone unlocked, the zip folder with the verison you want to downgrade and the MiFlash desktop app

Disclaimer: I've never tried to downgrade MIUI version (actually I don't even use MIUI but a custom rom)
If you're bootloader is locked you need to unlock it, here you find how: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-7/how-to/one-redmi-note-7-unlock-bootloader-t3890751
Once your bootloader is unlocked you need:
miflash tools: https://xiaomiflashtool.com/ (here you can find also some tutorial about how to use it, just search in the menu)
and the fastboot rom that you want to install (https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/miui/lavender/)
