Hi everyone, I've found my moto x play stucked in a continuous restart loop.
So I've decided to wipe it from the bootloader. But, this time, when I try to flash the same firmware the process interrupt with this series of errors:
(bootloader) Preflash validation failed
FAILED (remote failure)
Click to collapse
ERROR: usb_write failed with status e00002ed
FAILED (data transfer failure (No such file or directory))
Click to collapse
Do you have any idea why it is give me this kind of error? I've tried to follow some solution finded online but no-one seems to worked.
My moto is non-rooted and with the bootloader locked.

fastboot: error: Command failed
PS C:\platform-tools> fastboot flash recovery twrpr2p.img
Sending 'recovery' (29304 KB) FAILED (remote: 'unknown command')
fastboot: error: Command failed

I have tried to unlock my bootloader using fastboot flashing unlock and fastboot flashing unlock_critical, however I get the error message:
Code:
(bootloader) Start unlock flow
FAILED (remote: '
Unlock operation is not allowed
')
fastboot: error: Command failed
I have turned on OEM unlocking in developer settings, and the output of fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability is:
Code:
(bootloader) unlock_ability = 16777216
OKAY [ 0.002s]
Finished. Total time: 0.002s
From that output, the bootloader unlock should work, however, it does not. Please help me.
