Blast uses Machine Learning to learn your search usages to offer the best search results based on your recent activities.
You can change any search operation (eg. Close Process) to work with any keyboard shortcut you want.
You can customize Blast to match your style! Change transparency level, background effect, accent color and it also has Light Theme. (Dark is default)
Adaptive accent color - change accent color based on current search result.
What to expect next?
So Blast is still in beta and there is more to come! Expect 3rd Party Search App support, Linux Release and Improved Machine Learning.
Known Issues
The Screen Search does not work properly in 4K displays
Using the Acrylic Transparency effect in high resolution display can cause lag when moving the app around
The App Search does not show UWP apps if they are not running
The File Search does not show any results - Blast currently depends on either Windows Search Indexing or Everything's one. If the File Search does not work please try installing Everything.
Blast is currently in open beta phase and is available in the Windows Store for free (will be available for Linux soon). So if Blast caught your interest make sure to check it out:
Microsoft Store

tip for the 600
hi grate video but I think you have missed the all point of the device by using icons touch etc
you have a sensor that can help you operate most of the device in one hand
as some may know i'm trying to make a group of tips for this device (something like I did with the 6900)
any way I will give you now one of my tips- a free app that some have seen on k-jam wm6 rom

download this freeware then extract the 3 files to a folder, copy to device (memory card ) and tap on the exe for installation, after doing so you can get anywhere on your device with the keyboard wheel
pressing the start button will let you use the app(launcher ) ,taping the start will let you use the os menu
by sliding your finger from center (key num 5) to the right (key num 6) will let you go foreword with the menus, sliding the finger to the left will get you back
if you have running apps that you want to close you will see them added to the launcher menu, and by sliding on them to the right (toward the X ) will close it or all
(you will see it best in action)
pressing the enter will get you into the running app
there is no best way to config your device so every thing is good, but you have a unique sensor so why not use it for a fully operation of the device by only one hand/finger
enjoy your device
ps - to exit the app go quickmenu/exit
Thanks for your suggests, as soon as possible i'll try your application

I'm sorry if I was misinterpreted (now when I read it looks bad , sorry )
same as you I'm not a native American.. ENG is not my strong field there for the mis….
spb shell ,htc-home…. apps are grate since they gather lots of functionalities and info for the user in a clear way for 2.8" screen and also it Is grate to show the guys at the near pub - moving icons like Iphone and not show them here " start/settings …."
the app I have pointed out is very light and can be add to your commonly used program
the thing with this program is that it helps you on your daily base use and emphasize the ipaq 600 uniqueness unlike touch app that are used on all ppc/pe and contribute to the user daily use at an equal way regardless of brand or abilities
It is like using the normal picture view of the device and not use the
"hp photosmart mobile" that has integrated functionality for zoom in zoom out and sliding a picture using the wheel sensor (and key num 5 sensor)
to cut things short try it, use it, but don't give up on having a flashy device with nice flying icons
this movie was not intended to demonstrate the interface but here … enjoy

Time Tracker for Android
I had pretty cool app for WM6.
Here is source code for Visual Studio 2008:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1228109/TimeControl.rar
Writen by covr from 4pda.ru
He has not much time.
Can you port it to Android?
His description:
Wrote program that keeps track of time spent by pressing a single button - Start / Stop.
The task's name, then it will remain in the standard calendar PocketOutlook with the category "Completed tasks".
Duration of the task is reflected in the calendar, and equal to the period between pressing the "Start" and "Stop".
The program remembers the time you press the "Start", so you can safely close and even soft-reset to make devices. The next time you start the program automatically remembers the last start time. The program is free.
How about an app that intercepts the GPS data being passed through to another app and replaces it with pre-configured data.

There are a growing number of apps that use your GPS to work out whether or not you can use their service. ITV Player for example doesn't work outside the UK, based on your last known/current GPS location.
I know there are a number of apps that can spoof your location, these require "Allow Mock Location" to be enabled and again some apps do not work if this is enabled.

Hello everyone, I'm pleased to present my new app (available for free on Google Play Store): Open That URL!
OTU is a client-alike application to speed up file shared with the great app Fast File Transfer but in what way? Actually by downloading the file for you! In this first release, it opens the browser, but I plan on just launching download intent (I'm working on it right while I'm writing) so that, together with the above mentioned software, you can share your files easily and really fast.
This software is intended for those devices that are not equipped with NFC Chips, but it's compatible with every Android from FroYo 2.2 and above.
On the next post you'll find changelog and features, while here below you can find the download link.
Please, tell me what you think about it and what feature you would like to see in future releases.
Version 1.4 -> 1.5 - 14 march 2013
New shortcut icon
Bugfix for double download issue
Version 1.3 - 06 march 2013
New tablet layouts, everything at your fingertips!
Version 1.2 - 04 march 2013
Fixed italian translation
Version 1.1 - 03 march 2013
Added the possibility of downloading directly without opening browser
Added default Google backup for settings

Added the possibility of canceling a download (only from direct download) from the main app
Features
DashClock compatibility
Shortcut available
Opens default browser just when you ask it!

First of all THANKS for working to add features for FFT, And no offending.
The main success of FFT is other end device does not need to install FFT to download files, just opening browser and entering IP address every time is a little headache, present the FFT developer is working on those to make it easy for transfer.
So if you could also think regarding that, it would be nice.
What I say is to think on how to assist FFT to easily receive files on other end device without installing the app.
My opinion is just other end device just need a password to receive file that show in sending device, just like bluetooth pairing
Thanks..
Looks cool, I'll keep an eye on this!

Hello mate,
no offense at all What I thought when developing this little help is the fact that I wanted something to launch directly from my lockscreen and that's all I too think FFT is a great app, and I'm pretty convinced that if my application is useless for most of people (those with NFC for instance), they will at least know FFT and keep it, so I think it's not that bad to have some more visiblity
Anyway, my app does not add any feature to Fast File Transfer, I'm just downloading from a fixed location, no less and no more
I hope nobody gets disappointed by my answer, and if, in any way I offended you, I apologize, since I wasn't meant to be rude
Thanks for commenting, if you all think my app needs any other feature, let me know
Tip: I'm thinking bout a widget (for those who use WidgetLocker) and a Tablet layout
Thanks,
Tiwiz
Date and time pickers have always been a hassle for me (no matter how awesome they looked). Having to choose from a few hundred numbers felt overwhelming and was neither intuitive nor fast. Luckily, Google found a sleek solution in the Notes app which I decided to replicate:

ReminderDatePicker - Google Keep-like Date and Time Picker
An intuitive and simplistic date and time picker for reminders. Per default it almost exactly matches the picker seen in the Google Notes App but adds important features and enhancements. For instance the KitKat “long press + swipe to select an item” gesture is supported here and not in Google Keep since this lib is using Spinners and Google a Button with a popup menu.
The library is fully open-sourced, read how to use it and get the source on GitHub here.
You can now also download the sample app: ReminderDatePicker Sample (Play Store); View attachment 2889492.

Please let me know if you add this to your app. Enjoy developing, feedback is always encouraged.

Things you can do to contribute
I don’t speak all languages in the world (nor would I want to), so I need a little help with the translations. Helping here is just as easy as getting the small strings.xml file and translating all the strings between the xml <string> tags to another language. Note that most of these strings are taken from the Google Keep app, so it may be easier to just copy those from the reminder picker in that app. Then, post the translated strings.xml here, send it to me via PM or email or create a pull request on GitHub.
The lib currently is not 100% like the one you can see in the Keep app since I’m using the default Spinner background and Google is using some ninepatch that underlines the text. For me that is totally fine but if you want to and are skilled with those .9.pngs it would be nice to have a background like that .
The sample app currently uses this free icon I found with a quick search, but if you find a better one or can design a nice icon that fits, I’ll gladly use that for the sample app.
Lastly, if you find any bugs or have a feature request, please post a GitHub issue so we can all work on it.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you very much, this is how it is supposed to work :good:. Added your strings to GitHub, I'm going to update maven later when I find the time.

Updated to v1.1
Ok guys, I updated the sample app in the PlayStore to version 1.1.1 targeting Lollipop. This also contains the Greek, Spanish, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese translations, huge thanks to the translators!
Tooleap SDK
Make your app start floating above with Tooleap's floating UI
Tooleap is a free SDK that enables Android developers to easily create a floating widget (a bubble) that floats at the front of the screen above any other app.
Along with the side-screen that slides-in when the user taps the bubble, developers can now boost their app's availability, offer multitasking experience and gain more content exposure.
Check out this short introduction video -
Features
Apps become super-available using the floating bubble
Create chat-heads style notifications
Easy Integration - Display your content in a floating side screen using standard Android Activities
Show multiple applications in one floating bubble
Contextuality - Make your app available only on-top of specific applications (e.g., on top of the Facebook app, home screen or browser app).
