stuck on bootloop? - Redmi K20 / Xiaomi Mi 9T Questions & Answers

Hey, I unlocked the bootloader of my 9t, stock MIUI ROM. I then attempted to install TWRP and now i'm constantly stuck in a bootloop. I cannot turn the phone off as it reboots shortly after and I cannot access recovery. I can use ADB/fastboot but that is it. what should I do?

same thing happened to me, i unlocked bootloader and attemped to install twrp then when it reboot and boom..stuck at that android robot..what i did after? send to the repair shop

If you have unlocked bootloader, just flash fastboot rom with mi flash tool. Phone put in fastboot mode.

So after bootloader unlock flashing new rom is a must? I'm on 10.3.7 EU rom and I like it. I just want TWRP and root that's all.

Can't flash recovery.img

Hi there. I have a P9 Lite, and I can't flash the TWRP recovery. I had that recovery, then I wanted to remove root, so i did it. Now I'am on stock rom and on eRecovery. I've folowed the guide here on xda to install TWRP (also used the toolkit) but i just can't get it working, It says that instalation was successful but when i reboot to recovery there it is...eRecovery. How can I solve this? (I have unlocked bootloader) Thanks!

P9 Lite FRP Lock - How to unlock

All,
I had flashed Elite ROM v4 and it was successful except messing up on MagiskSu where one application still detected the phone is rooted. To solve the problem, decided to flash it again without realizing OEM lock is off - forgotten to activate before start flash. Now, after wipe everything using TWRP,reboot to continue the flashing procedure, the phone is unable to boot into TWRP recovery and only able to boot to stock recovery and fastboot. Unfortunately the FRP is lock and I could not not flash TWRP again. Any advice?

Issue with unlocked bootloader

Hey,
I had AOSP rom and i decided to go back to OOS. (xXx rom)
I entered TWRP, Cleaned Data,Cache,Dalvik,System.
And Factory reseted it.
Installed the xXx rom, and i got on the splash screen instead of "Bootloader Unlocked"
And i'm getting "<!>"
And i couldn't boot.
And i can't press volume keys to get to recovery or bootloader, but it boots straight to bootloader.
i entered to TWRP again (Via bootloader), reflashed stock OOS.
It booted, and then i entered bootloader to flash TWRP again, and it didn't succeeded
I enter only Stock Recovery and every time i try to flash Recovery it's succeed but it's does nothing, still entering Stock OOS recovery.
Now i stuck at stock OOS, and stock rocevery.
Can't flash anything.
Can someone tell me what to do?
Best is via ADB flashing latest BlueSpark TWRP (fastboot devices, fastboot flash recovery (name of TWRP).img and then format all so you start with a clean plate. Then move your ROM from PC to Internal and proceed further. But IMO a "format" is needed. Also siakantabg made a flashable zip from the old bootloader. Flash this zip in TWRP first after formatting en wiping everything.

flashing custom rom via twrp bootloops back to fastboot

Hi, i unlocked the bootloader and flashed twrp with this tutorial:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/le...t/twrp-unofficial-twrp-lenovo-z6-pro-t4035987
Now when i install any custom rom it boot loops once and loads into fastboot.
Any idea how to fix this?
i should clarify the rom install says it succeeded but when i reboot it loads into fastboot.
after manually flashing files from the most recent stock CN rom, i was able to boot into paranoid android. no clue what exactly fixed it but whatever.
