I can't make calls at all I get 4G and internet but when I do a call it just hangs there have tried with sprint and t-mobile sim cards from USA I think I've touch something I shouldn't.

Excellent, unlocked it for Tmobile and it is simply superb. 4G LTE all the way, signal reception is great and clear.

The problem is due to Google Assistant's Voice Match, which is recording all over the time => battery drain + low quality phone call...

Call quality is perfectly fine over a cellular connection. Over hangouts on wifi, it's really good.
