Hello out there, I am trying to find out if a Xoom motherboard / logicboard can be repaired. I have a spare unit that appears to have a faulty board and would like to get it fixed. It seems a replacement would cost me more than a used unit.

Try finding one with a cracked screen to teardown. Just no water damage.
Hi everyone,
As in my title you can understand, i have a nexus 4 with broken motherboard.
My phone is purchased from U.S., but i'm living in Turkey. So i can't send my phone back to U.S. to change it to a new one.
I have another option, to buy oem motherboard and replace it self in my home.
So i found the motherboard BUT, there are T-MOBILE NEXUS 4. But my nexus from Google.
My question is, will it work, if i buy this motherboard and replace it with my broken motherboard?
There is no difference between the nexus 4 from tmobile or Google.

I also live in Turkey , you should have shipped it back to where you bought it.
Call Google in these situations.
Hey guys
Trying to help out a friend who has some water damage to his Nexus 4.
Is there any place where I can buy a whole logic board with International shipment?
Thanks
Ziv
Hello, I would like to know if anyone has experience replacing the nexus 7 3g motherboard, with the WiFi only one?
My Nexus has been a paper weight for the better part of a year. I believe the flash memory on it has gone kaput. So I was wondering if I could buy a 20 dollar 8gb motherboard for the WiFi version, and just replace it? I have experience swapping motherboards, just today I swapped motherboards out of 2 nexus 5's. So no problem there, I am just wondering if my device will still function (without 3g of course.)
Thanks in advance if anyone could answer my questions.
I have a 32Gb with a dead motherboard. I was looking to buy either a replacement motherboard, or another tablet with a defective screen and harvest the motherboard.
My query is whether the motherboard for a 3G model will fit in a WiFi model case?
I don't need 3G but there seem to be several on eBay with cracked screens.
I think they are the same, but at worst you just move the screen vs moving the motherboard. Just make sure the year of your model is the same as what you have. 2012 is different than 2013
