at&t IMS stop working - Samsung Galaxy S10+ Questions & Answers

Recently I run into this problem Everytime reboot the phone and I Google for the solution they suggested to clear cache and force stop along with messenger app then reboot but it's not working. I even do factory reset but there problem came back. I think it's has something to do with the at&t message backing up but don't know how to fix it. Any suggestion?
Thank you

I would try a factory reset after backing up with smart switch.

You could try wiping cache via recovery first.

Have you tried re-flashing the latest firmware with non home_csc? There's a thread for AT&T firmware on here. If that doesn't work i would contact the place you bought it from and try to get a replacement.

Question about dialer dialer not hanging up.

Has anybody run into this problem (or something similar) :
Slim: I changed over to omnirom and when I press hang up the hang button greys out and it reads "hanging up" in the bar across the top but does not end the call.
Details:
SPH-L720
Android 4.4.2
Baseband Mdc
Kernel 3.4.75 omnirom stock
Omni version 4.4.2-20131225-jfltespr-nightly
I'm running mdc modem for a domestic unlock to tmobile and can upgrade to mf9 and keep the unlock. I've had this combo working 100% in Sacs rom before as well.
I've tried several different dialer apps from the play store
I've tried the post install flash zip from Omni
I've wiped the data and cache of the app itself and rebooted
I've wiped data, cache and dalvik , factory reset and rebooted
I need some advice on how to use logcat to properly log the details of the phone APK and how to read or interpret those logs and if that is even the best way to diagnose the problem.
I will also try to reinstall via odin the MDC modem only or possibly move up to mf9 if that doesn't work. I figure that the reinstall or upgrade paired with a fresh reset might do the trick.
Other than that any ideas are welcome.

No dice, I upgraded the modem to mf9 and it still won't hang. I can force it to hang by switching to airplane mode tho as a temp fix.

Word brother, I rolled it back to sacs v8 and it got me going for all calls etc. I was really just beating my head against the wall trying to use an aokp or aosp rom instead of toichwiz bit I can live with sacs rom for sure. Are you saying you did the full modem upgrade to mk2?if so I'd think that would work with KitKat roms, does it not?
I had this problem and it was an xposed module causing it. If you run any xposed modules you might want to check there.

[Q] Phones rebooting and not reading my sim?

So yesterday I installed CM and it told me to insert my sim, Kept on having the problem so I went back to my old rom and the problem persisted. I ended up going back to CM and then back again to my old ROM and today I turned on my phone and the Problem? You guessed it still there. No sim card inserted. I tried reinstalling the Phones Original Firmware off of Sammobile and I still have the same problem.
I've tested the sim in another phone and it works perfectly!
How could a hardware problem come from a simple Rom Installation? I'm so confused and annoyed -.-.
Also when I turn on Wi-Fi My phone crashes and restarts, if that helps? And it will randomly reboot every few minutes.

Grab the efs fix. You've messed the partition up during flashing is all. It's in the Dev section on here.

Hey guys.
My device is stuck at safe mode, no matter how many times I power off then on but safe mode is still there.
It's running stock ROM, so if I root and flash a CM ROM the problem could be solved?
Sorry for bad english

My Motorola Droid Maxx 2 keeps dying at 20-40%

So i just bought this phone from my friend and when he had it, it ran like a dream. However after i got it and factory reset it, it dies constantly. It'll say it has like 28% and then very quickly will change to 0% and power off. When I power it back on however it claims it still has the 28% and will last another 2-3 % before shutting off again. Why is this happening??? Any help would be much appreciated.
P.S. Ive tried factory resetting it again and wiping the cache, neither have worked.

You could try reflashing firmware via RSD Lite or Fastboot.exe
Make sure you flash same firmware or newer, downgrading can brick some Droids

Could I potentially flash something like lineage OS instead of stock firmware? Thats the mod that I would really like on my droid if possible and if it could also fix the problem that would be nice.
