I have rogers 32a spl .2007 6.35 radio and rogers is going to roll out their 2.1 update this month very soon at this moment i am rooted, have amon recovery, have 2.1 smoki rom installed and have button problems so im hoping that may fix my problem. Problem is when the update comes out and i go into ruu and flash it will i brick my device because i have custom recovery and root or will it go away?

hi guys I have a small problem with my htc magic 32b vodafone. So Ive tried to flash it with Gingerbread ROM from yoshi i`ve follwed all the steps , flashed radio, hboot to that version (SPL 1.33.0013d and RADIO 2.22.28.25) worked fine , i`ve installed rom but after first restart , my phone it`s stuck in a bootloop and it wont go no further. please some advise that it that i`m doing wrong?

Did you do a full wipe before flashing the rom or did you flash ohsaka superwipe? What's your full fastboot info?

yeah i`ve done a full swipe everyting ,problem might with recovery? i don`t see how anyway i have Amon_ra recovery 1.2.0G . now i have my original spl hboot 1.33.2005 and radio 2.22.19.26I.I`ve notice that after flashing hboot instead of saphire pvt 32b eng s-off H was shown s-on G. anyway i`ll update my recovery to the latest version right now
How to flash an older HBoot to my HTC Tattoo? If I try to install a stock ROM, it says my HBoot is too new for that.
Is there a program for this? Please let me know.....
Run an RUU, either as exe from your computer or as a PC36IMG.zip from hboot. This will leave you stock unrooted. Or if you want to stay rooted, just flash a stock rom or restore your stock nandroid.
If you want to regain s-on, the method depends on how you rooted your phone.
My HTC Panache is stuck in a bootloop. It'll go into hboot, but recovery won't work. Does someone have the RUU? And how do I use it?
