Yeah , I have Germany G920F. Suddenly smart switch showed a notification about new update. But İt did not started to update. I looked to settings and saw that there are 2 920f update on the list. After that Smart switch has updated itself. And boom those files were dissappear. So I' did not get anything

Must be accident from Samsung or an "accidental" leak or tease. There is no way the official roll out will begin this month since they already announced the January security patch which will start rolling out. So it will be February or March. Keep us informed if you find anything new though.

I'm also from Romania and I have the french version of the phone SM-920F neverlocked and did not receive the update.......the french version is the first to receive any updates...so this is weird....

Silly question but I cannot get into odin mode: every time I power down and restart using home + power + vol - it goes to a yellow exclamation screen and then stock recovery, no matter if I press volume +/- or both. What gives?

Flashed on my US T810 with ODIN and works fine (no data wipe or root needed).
Note: There is an issue with the 5 Ghz wifi band only in the sense that the higher 5 Ghz frequencies are probably not used in Germany (wifi bands are region specific esp. the top and lower end bands) so channels 149 and above will not work with this German ROM. Good news is that you can always adjust your router to a lower 5 Ghz band and then it will work fine. Flashing via ODIN also preserved my data so if and when the US version comes out, I may just flash it again to gain back the upper 5 Ghz channels.
If you install German version and then want to install US version over that, do you have to wipe data or will it just write over it and preserve user data.

No need, I just went into recovery, wiped, then flashed 6.0.1 German firmware from England firmware. You don't need to change it to American firmware because you can change the language to English in the setup.
Right but I think the only difference is the 5ghz wifi

I am no odin expert but I think if you flash the same or higher version file from a different region, you should be able to preserve your data.
Thanks for this. I think the tablet is faster than it was before. Let's see after a few days of use.
Fingerprint seems to work a lot better too, it didn't even work half of the time for me before and I didn't even redo it after updating.

You need to odin the entire tar before a zip would even be beneficial....
I was wondering if anybody knew of a list that shows all the firmware that supports built-in White Pages? My Kenyan Firmware seems to not have the feature, it only shows the state in which the call originated from and not the city or any other information.

BTU / XEU Does support it ONLY if u are on a UK / Ireland carrier.
Spain AMO also has it. All other regions locked this feature from T-Mobile SIMs in the US, but AMO doesn't. ?

I recommend backing up and wiping when you flash it. I've had issues with my external sdcard.

Nee (Nordic unlocked) seem to have number recognition (more like "possible spam" etc) but nothing more than that.
Ok, so I have a Galaxy S7 Edge, model G935F and unrooted, and I can't use Samsung Pay on it. It's nowhere in my apps and when I use Google Play on my browser it says it's not available in any of my devices. Does anyone know how can I use it ? Also, I have the latest firmware installed.
All depends on which region you are you using boss. S-Pay is in select countries at the moment, so depending on if you have that region it'll show up on your device. Spain/USA/China/Korea/Singapore/Australia.

It's on France CSC and it's XEF.(I bought it there). Maybe that's why I can't download SPay?

Yeah, you need to be running a ROM that supports it. Brazil's ROM does so just flash that one. I believe it's ZTO.
