Help: Steering Controls and BT of Joying JY-UL124 MTCD Android 5.1

My Joying Radio Android 5.1 is at FW 1.56 and I am having problems with the Steering Wheel Control
I connect the Steering Wheel Control wires of my car (MAzda CX5 2014) to Radio KEY1 and KEY2 wires.
When I go to the Radio Steering Learning, it is empty
When I press the car controls, nothing happens, the pressing of the car keys is not detected by the radio
I disconnected the car wires from the radio and I measured the resistance in the wires of my car while pressing the Steering Control Keys and these are the results:
No Key Pressed: 4870 Ohm
Volume Down: 56 Ohm
Volume Up: 150 Ohm
Seek +: 300 Ohm
Seek -: 560 Ohm
I believe these are values that should be detected by the Joying Steering Learning.
Can somebody please tell me how to proceed to make this work, or tell me how to test if the Joying Radio is defective.
Another issue is: When Joying Radio Bluetooth is paired to my phone LG G5, the radio does not receive the contacts agenda from the phone. I can make calls but the agenda is not transferred.

Cruise control up/down buttons remap to volume up/down?

Hi all,
Just installed a new Joying PX5 unit into my VW and it am loving it! Had an idea for a tweak/mod and cannot find any direct info in my searches..
I do not have steering wheel controls, but my VW turn signal stalk has a cruise control up/down switch, which is PERFECTLY placed as a volume up/down switch- and I never use cruise control.
Can the Joying CANBUS read cruise control +/- button/switch events and remap those to volume? I tried the steering wheel control app but it didn't seem to detect cruise control +/- events. Secondly and just as important (a vw specific question), is it possible to disable cruise control so that the switch +/- doesn't interfere with vehicle speed?
Thanks for any help!

So I have everything else working except for my steering wheel controls. I have the RP4-FD11 harness and it only has a single blue/yellow wire and a 3.5mm plug for steering wheel controls. The 3.5 doesn't work and the headunit needs 2 wires but I only have the 1. Anyone know where I need to wire it all to do I can get controls?

Steering wheel controls

I have an interface cable that has 3.5 mm jack for steering wheel controls. has anyone installed an android unit with these controls? I am attaching color codes for the interface.
I have. The wire thats with it is what you have to install as long as it doesnt have a 3.5mm jack for the steering wheel controls
