Hi.
I can flash my SM-T725 device with Odin, but not with fastboot. When I reboot to download mode (USB type C cable is always connected) fastboot does not see any devices.
Does it support fastboot or I always have to use Odin?

Found somewhere over Internet that it don't, so use Odin.
Samsung devices uses download mode over years. No fastboot mode
Related
I use
adb reboot bootloader
to get into fastboot mode.
the display shows
"Fasboot & rescue mode
please connect and open Hisuite
LINK
phone locked"
I even installed the Hisuite, but nothing happens and
fastboot devices
returns an empty list.
when the devices is booted up, USB works like a charme - but in fastboot mode windows does not even detect a device?!
any ideas?
I am facing a problem in charging the only way I can charge my phone is to reboot my phone after only that it starts charging any solution?

Firstly download the fastboot romhttp://update.miui.com/updates/v1/fullromdownload.php?d=land_global&b=F&r=global&n=
Then download MiFlash tool, u can find it on en.miui.com website.
Extract the fastboot rom package(u might need 7-zip)
Reboot your device to EDL mode, either by adb command "adb reboot edl" without quotes or powering off your device and then pressing and holding vol + and vol - and plugging in the usb cable
U need qualcomm's drivers which are included in mi flash tool
After you've setup everything, open mi flash, choose which command to use and flash
Backup everything before flashing

I fastboot my phone still same charging issue coming up
guys I'm in a bad situation, phone is without OS and I can only access to recovery or bootloader, I have a twrp installed and I can't access to an USB otg (simple usb doesn't even blink like they are not working, If I connect an hdd it doesn't recognize it but gives it power) and I can't access to the phone as MTP or with adb devices or adb sideload. Even on bootloader mode device isn't showed when I try the command "fastboot devices" and it says "download mode = DISABLED".
so I only have access to twrp with those limitations, I need a big help, phone is with BTL unlocked and with expired warranty.
thanks in advance

Download mode=disabled is the default (normal) displayed in bootloader mode. You seem to infer that is what fastboot returned when you typed devices? MTP works in TWRP automatically when it loads. Sounds like you may have a PC driver/cable issue. When you plug the device into your PC, how is it recognized?

You are using OSX, right? Fastboot commands should start with ./ before each command. For example: ./fastboot devices, or ./fastboot flash, or ./fastboot reboot bootloader. Same applies for adb commands. If you are already familiar with flashing images, read my post below about OSX and fastboot.
Do not click into the thread because it is for the Nexus 5X new users guide.

Does this phone have? Is there a way to boot into such mode so I can flash something via fastboot?
Power and volume down keys just lead to some test mode. Holding the volume down while connecting USB does nothing as well.
I'm just having the same prob with --U51
Thanks

On Y625-U21 the best way to enter fastboot mode is via adb:
- activate usb debug
- use "adb reboot bootloader"
you are now in fastboot mode. Notice that on the phone you won't see a special screen: just the huawei logo like it's stuck, but you can use fastboot to do what you want (unlock the bootloader since it won't require codes, run TWRP, flash TWRP etc etc...)
Hello
Phone is in fastboot mode after updating magisk.
I can not reboot it with minimal ADB and Fastboot. It says waiting for any device. I installed usb driver manually following guidelines from https://gsmusbdriver.com/xiaomi-mi-9t and restarted computer and tried again with no success. any help would be much apreciated.
thanks in advance

fastboot devices
does not respond?
Then something should be wrong with PC, cables or device hardly bricked
PS: Is it really in Fastboot mode, did you successfully unlock Fastboot preciously?
yes I did succesfully unlock Fastboot previously. Now fastboot devices not respond.
It looks like it s hardly bricked. Is there anything I can do with hard bricked phone?
