Super Bricked nexus 7

Hi!
My brother was trying to delete everything on his nexus and accidentally removed fasboot and some part of recovery and the OS.
Now I am trying to figure out how to get it running again, I can't get to fasboot but if. I connect it to a computer and run "adb devices" it says it is in recovery but it is stuck on this screen

I tried "adb sideload" with no luck it only says "error"
Any help?

Axon 7 does not open folders when connected on pc

I installed the drivers and adb fastboot through Axon7Toolkit v1.2.1, but when I connect the phone to USB, it gives the following error in fastboot:

I tried the option 7 '' unload bootloader '' and apparently the process went well by miflash but the status remains as '' locked ''
The problem of not showing the folders when connecting to USB was solved!!! =D

hello i was trying to update and i get error with usb cable disconnected now my phone run after power of to download mode also i can run it with voldown key to fastboot mode(with cable connected to pc) when i try to do update with lgup software i am getting error spc code does not match or port opend failed. Can someone help me ?

OnePlus 5 Oxygen OS recovery

My son's OP5 is unable to boot.
Recovery mode is also not working as it goes into a blank screen.
I reboot it into fastboot mode and try to flash with stock recovery.img but it's in lock state.

I also can't perform OEM unlock.
I was thinking of trying adb sideload but device is not being recognised.
Fastboot shows the device but not for ADB.
I am stuck and not sure what to do next to reset the phone.

have a trouble on instaling twrp

anyone can please help me, i try to instal twrp. and i type on cmd "fastboot devices" then appear this SN (different from my phone) and i try to flash twrp it's say "press any key to shutdown" on my phone. i try usb hub but yhe ressult is the same
