So on my S9+ I could pin an app in task manager so when I hit close all, it would stay running. I can't seem to find a way to do that on my s10+. I didn't need it before but I bought a Tile tracker, and unless the app is running, I can't use my tile to find my phone, and it also won't keep track of my tile. Anyone have any thoughts as to a way to keep the app running?
Use goodlock and task changer, click on icon at top of app you want to lock, bottom of menu, lock this app.
Just turned off task changer and you can do it with standard task just click on the icon at top of app and lock this app.

What's the best Toggles app? I'm looking for gps/wifi/bluetooth to be widgets on the homescreen. IF that can't be done, then what's the best app?
Thanks
Toggle Setting is a good problem (just one icon opens up all toggles), but it force closes on reboot.
Other than that, there is a bunch made by Rounded Labs which appear to be pretty good.
I installed Toggle Setting and like you said it just force closes at reboot which I don't want... I'll check out Rounded Labs. Thanks
Try making shortcuts to the settings using "AnyCut."
def get useful switchers, best toggle out to date
Oh, and search the market for Andrew Schwimmer, he's got some good ones as well.
Anyone know how i can disable the notification manager on TP2 where you click on the taskbar and it opens a useless menu with nothing on it?
would like to go back to the old style where i could click the speaker icon and make adjustments, etc..
thanks.
regedit here or u use the this task manger app here to disable it under "services".
thanks. works great.
is there any way to lock the task bar at the bottom. sometimes my son play games on it and he accidently presses the task manager or opens up the wifi settings.
no reply?? i guess there is no way to do this.
Check this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fahrbot.apps.touchblocker
Maybe it's what you're looking for.
Or you could use the hide status bar app so there's no chance to touch anything

Thanks for your reply but don't keep activities is already unticked.
When I use any applock it works fine.but when I open the 'applock app' and swipe it from the recent activities it's permanently terminated.and then locked apps like whatsapp can be opened without password bcz the applock is not running in background.
Same happens when I swipe jio4gvoice from recent apps the app notification form the status bar disappears and no calls can be made from phones built in dialer.i think u got my point now.
Hello fellow awesome phone owners.
I'm trying to use the stock launcher for a bit, it's mostly fine. I'm looking to improve one aspect.
The search function inside your app drawer is pretty nice. Definitely the best Samsung has done. It searches your apps, but also other functions and online choices. The weakness is you have to type in the field at the top of your drawer.
Is there any app or shortcut that could make that search the default action instead of opening the app drawer? If the keyboard just opened automatically it'd be perfect for us who have hundreds of apps.
Open your app drawer, click the menu top right corner, go o finder settings, click add shortcut. Go back to app drawer locate finder icon and place it on your navigation bar (basically replace it with the app drawer button if it as enabled). Only solution that I can think of.
