Note 4 RR Download - Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi - need to find a Resurrection Mix download for Samsung Note 4 SM-N910G (Australian model running 6.0.1). Not sure of where to find a site that will have the correct download and not sure of how to do the download and unzip the file. Would be best to put straight on my phone which was rooted by OneClickRoot. If some one can help would appreciate your response thanks.

I don't have this device myself but, you should be looking within the following area of the forum that's specific to your device and variants for the "Snapdragon" device...
https://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/snapdragon-dev
... The following thread is for the RR that should also be compatible with your device. Don't be afraid to ask for some member guidance within it too.

LineageOs for different models of S4

Hello, I have a Galaxy S4 and I am considering installing LineageOs on it.
It would be the first time I root my phone but I'm very interested to learn about all this
It's model is GT-I9505, but I only seem to be able to find a LineageOs version for the GT-I9506 now I was wondering, can't I just install the LineageOs build for GT-I9506 on my device?
If not, why? And what's the difference between the two different S4 models?
I hope I put this in the right place...
Thanks in advance!
Different hardware.
If you install it, then your phone will become a plastic brick, unable to boot and, thus, useless.
Do you want that? I don't think so.
I don't know where you looked for ROMs, but this forum contains several LineageOS and LineageOS based ROMs for the GT-I9505. There are two development sections for the GT-I9505, how about looking at them?

Why give a link to an unofficial portal that can't even get the supported phone models correct?
There is no need to link off-site, XDA has everything you need as @Pwnycorn suggests.
2 * basic ports:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...-cyanogenmod-14-1-to-galaxy-s4-i9505-t3520456
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9505-orig-develop/rom-lineageos-nightly-builds-t3530822
Optimised port:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...p/jdcteam-optimized-cyanogenmod-14-0-t3479888
The OP asked for a link and didn't specify an XDA link. I see the basic port links are for unofficial ROMs. Does a link that is not on XDA make it any less stable or usable?

The site you linked suggests that the ROM works on all S4 models (I9500, I9505, I9506), which is obviously wrong.
Now, maybe at some point in that tutorial it links to specific zips for each model and maybe I didn't see it? I don't know, may be. I failed to see it.
I thought the builds for the s4 Qualcomm versions (9505, 337m, etc.) were unified at some point and are collectively referred to as the jfltexx. The links take me to androidfilehost with files for the jfltexx.
I agree that the 9500 should not be included, but the 9505 and 337m are included.
As a test, I flashed TWRP for the 9505 to my i337m and downloaded the latest ROM from the site I linked. I flashed both to the i337m and it works.
Some people may feel more comfortable limiting themselves to XDA links and forums but I am fine with non-XDA links and non-XDA developer forums too.
I'm not looking to start any sort of debate; I was simply trying to provide the OP with some information and easy-to-follow instructions.

Vendor warning after flash of lineageOS what do i have to do?

I flashed my Samsung Galaxy S5 (G900F) with Lineage OS (heimdall -> twrp -> lineage 15.1) now after Boot it Prompt me a vendor warning (opm7.181105.004) how do I solve this?
I saw that there are sub-forums for several vendors like t-mobile and verizone but my vendor swisscom is not listed.
What do I have to do?
And why do I need a Vendor update? I do not wish vendor apps on my phone.

I don't have this variant nor have I ever seen this myself but, after a quick search, it looks like this is specifically a Samsung Vendor Warning and not the Carrier Vendor.
The only thing that I could locate is the following LineageOS Reddit entry.
https://www.reddit.com/r/LineageOS/comments/8jtawc/does_somebody_know_why_i_get_an_unfitting_vendor
Though I can't really state for sure myself...
You should be able to obtain some better member guidance within the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device and variants.

I've a Samsung on5 and I'm TRYING to put a custom rom on. But all the on5 download links are either missing or lead to a dead end in google drive. every. single. one.
I have attempted to download not-so-equivalent ROMs for devices like Xiaomi 5, which also ran on Marshmallow, but those obviously don't work... Somebody aid me in mine quest to better mine magic mirror!

No DevDB Files were transferred to the new XDA site.
There is a plan to make them accessible again, but I haven't seen an update on that yet.
my suggestion is to ask in the rom thread for someone to upload a copy to
Mega.nz, Googgle drive, Android file host...

Unlock Secure Boot/Load Custom ROM SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4 8.0 (SM-T330NU)

Good morning/afternoon/evening!
I'm attempting to find and load a custom ROM onto my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 (SM-T330NU), but I haven't been able to detect the device with fastboot, nor have I been able to unlock SecureBoot. I'm just asking for some guidance on how to proceed with this. I know Lineage OS isn't compatible with this device, so that's already out of the way. Feel free to ask questions and I'll do my best to answer them!
