I don't know at which time this got activated, maybe its a "feature" of the CarHD mod I am using, but its so annoying and I cant find how to disable it. I googled it, searched it here and in the phone menu, but no luck. Taping the front camera notch locks the phone, and holding it brings up the power menu. Its so useless and annoying, because I press it by mistake and lock my phone. The actual power button is much more easy to press. Anyone has the same issue? Have you found how to disable it?

Hello,
I saw here some threads where guys wanted to install a keylock,
but i need to REMOVE it!
I checked all menus and cant find how to disable it and it is pretty annoying when suggesting every time to unlock and then to confirm
This problem came from nowhere yesterday, i didnt install any new soft in the device recently.

How to remove that annoying keylock? I should press 3 times now to unlock the phone instead of just 1 clock of power button.

Standard lock is in settings on personal tab, it's called 'lock'.
But I think you have something different. You probably use some additional software, because indeed, WM6.1 does not have any automatic keylock.

I am confused as how to remove the notification on my left soft key when my bluetooth headset is connected.
even though I hit the hide button, the notification comes back. so I cannot use the left soft key as it now shows notification all the times.
is there any registry tweak to disable it?
I search and only find how to remove sms notification or disable the bluetooth disconnect sound only.
please help as this really annoying.

Well, then what about using Google? Or if that doesn't work, You could check what happens if You delete the notification from queue manually (with SKTools or Dotfred's taskmgr). And if that works, then You could write maybe a small mortscript to take care of this. There are tons of ways You can help Yourself. There isn't a ready-coded solution for everything here as all the devices are different. We can only show You the door, but You are the one that has to go through it.

I used the remove bluetooth softkey and other combinations but I couldn't get the answer.
Anyway, yes the program is not downloadable anymore.

Surely double tapping on the home button is quite intuitive though? I think the mod you are after would mess up the long press back for menu (sorry I misread your first post).
dbl tap on hop open recents app (so far on mine) and longpress does nothing, here the trick is to create the menu app that is gone, not the killer task button. no rpob, we read all too many lines per day

This mod is very useful and I use it very much on my current One X. It is from one xda ROM for one X. I hope someone can make a MOD for ONE.

I had thisfeature on my Atrix using MIUI so unsure if it's a feature/option relating to MIUI itself but would very much like the same functionality using the i9505. Does anyone know how I might achieve this?

If you're looking to turn off the notification sounds (or change the volume) click one of the buttons for volume and click the gear the the right of the volume bar and then you can change the ringtone , media , notifications and system.
Hi, thanks for the reply, That's not exactly what I'm after.
Basically when you have a notification going off and you drag the notification bar down, it'll cut out the sound. I used to be able to hit the power button when my Atrix was in my pocket and it would do the same thing. I'm just looking to be able to do the same thing with the S4.
Anyone else find that the home button will no longer light the S view window. The on/off button and the volume button does but not the home button as in the past.????

Same issue here. Friend with same situation also did a factory reset, which didn't help.

other than using the power button to turn it on, and crossing my fingers that this will get re-enabled in Android 4.5/5 around July/August, no :/
Also annoyed that the auto-brightness+ setting is now gone, but that at least was fixable through the Lux app.
Brightness button did not disappear on mine. Sprint S4

Couple alternatives. Wanam with Xposed could fix it. Also, a different launcher would let you set it too.

I don't think that the prob is from the launcher, as it doesn't work with other launchers neither (I don't use TW, also it is working normally with s-view cover opened).
I have Wanam with xposed, but don't find any option like that... could you help me out? Thx a lot!
I found another strange issue, don't know if you have it , too. If I deactivate auto-unlock when I open s-view cover, it still unlocks when I open it... even after restart.
Edit: Found the solution for other issue: Nils Notification was set to always unlock when cover opened, nothing to do with rom... My fault

In Wanam, under System, there is a section for Long Home key behavior, can you not, Launch S Voice from there?
I use Google Now, and this is how I launch that.
As for S-view, I can't help with that, I dont have that.
