Need Debrick image / help? - Samsung Galaxy S10+ Questions & Answers

Recently rooted my galaxy s10+, seemed to work fine at first, just the camera app causing the phone to crash, right now it's in a constant reboot loop where i can't enter recovery or download mode.
Phone is instantly rebooting when I plug in a usb cable so adb won't recognize the device nor will my pc in general.
Read up on a lot of threads online & what got recommended on older threads was booting from a debrick image off of your sd card, although i'm unsure if this'll work. regardless not that I can no longer boot the phone I'm unsure of how to generate this file to begin with, which is why I was hoping one of you guys might be able to help me out with generating or linking me to said debrick image.
Or if anyone knows of another way to possibly fix my phone, please do let me know.
Thanks in advance,
A galaxy s10+ user

I don't think there is a debrick image for the S10 or S10 plus. You might want to try flashing your stock firmware in Odin.

Not sure how I am supposed to flash it without having acces to Recovery or Download mode. Any suggestions

You can't get into recovery or download mode? Sounds like you might be hard bricked then. In that case, a phone repair shop might be your best bet.

Carry on with key combi v down and Bixby plus power

whats happen i try to charge my phone, and the screen doest show any sign of life
it doestn boot it doesnt charge, it cannot opened by me
heeeeeeeeeeeeelllppppp
If Heimdall didn't give you any errors then the flash went through fine. Are you sure that you flashed files that were meant for your particular model of Galaxy Tab?
Given the information you've given about the device not turning on or responding at all, it seems as though you've flashed a bootloader that was not designed for your device. You can try create a custom jig and it may be able to boot your device into download mode using the backup secondary bootloader. If that doesn't work then the only other fix is a JTAG fix which is best performed by Samsung themself.
i put in First Boot Loader
boot.bin
i Put on Secondary Boot Loader
Sbl.bin
any mistakes here? these files are recovered from my Tab with Roto BackUp
any chance to do it in da house and not from Samsung Warranty?

I try with Android SDK and ADB reading this little tutorial
http://mingersoft.com/blog/2010/09/samsung-galaxy-s-why-download-and-recovery-modes-are-missing/
When I plug it into my computer it tries to install a driver for "SEC S5PC110 Test B/D"
any one have a copy of this driver, or can create one for this proposit????
Does the device power on and show anything on the screen? If the Tab won't even turn on then you are bricked but not to worry.. I did the same to mine, and samsung has repaired the device and its on its way home to me today.
i think the better idea is call samsung, wait 2 or 3 weeks.......
but i want know more about some info posted in this thread
perhaps, how and where are the first person whit this Driver, or the first or second with a custom cable jig Compatible with Galaxy Tab and can post where are the steps to do it in da home

Unbrick All Samsung Galaxy Note 4's From Hard Brick

This is what happened....
I was on stock Rom and as time went by it started slowing down on me. Ive never rooted this phone and decided to factory reset the phone. So when i did, the hard reset..... as it went to the Samsung logo the phone shutoff, after right away went directly into download mode. i freaked out and pulled the battery. Then i put the battery back in and it wouldn't boot. So I'm guessing its bricked cause it shows no sign of life at all .
I was looking up "how to unbrick a Galaxy note 4" and unfortunately unbrick methods dont exists. I even called up my local Jtag service and He said nothing can be done except sell him the phone for 100 bucks for parts (Which i refuse to believe) .
After reading around for an entire day i came across
Part 1 : http://www.androidbrick.com/ultimate-qualcomm-snapdragon-unbrick-guide-snapdragons-are-unbrickable/
Part 2: http://www.androidbrick.com/unbrick...-you-have-the-right-kind-of-rom-qhsusb_dload/
Ok, so i figured some things out thanks to Android brick ! .
In-order to unbrick all Galaxy Note 4's which run on Snapdragons 805 is to access Qualcomm's Service Port Via [QHSUSB_BULK] ---> [qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008]
Now we can use MiFlash 2012 To Unbrick our Snapdragon 805s from a "Hard Brick".
So their are 5 things we need to unbrick all galaxy note 4's:
-MPRG8084.hex <-------------- Main
-8084_msimage.mbn <-------------- Main
-rawprogram_32GB.xml
-patch0.xml
-Settings.xml
If we can find these, we just found the ultimate unbrick solution for all Snapdragons 805 phones.
And after i found all that stuff so complicated, i would like to try this except the note 4 version:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-galaxy-note-3/general/howto-recover-hard-brick-t2834419
What is Hard Brick?
Hard brick is the state of android device that occurs when your device won’t boot/respond/charge at all. This is mainly caused by flashing corrupted firmware, damaged bootloader, incomplete flashing in Odin/Download mode, or interrupted OTA upgrade. You can't recover from hard brick by traditional methods since your phone is ~dead & you can't enter any Recovery or Download Modes; You'll need to use JTAG (expensive service), USB JIG (cheap, but no gurantee), or this free guide/files to get it repaired.
What do you need?
- Hard Bricked Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (N910W8)
- Micro SD Card: 4/8/16/32 GB micro SD card
- Unbrick Image: working dump with the same bootloader/version
- Image Writer: native commands on Linux/MacOSx or Win32 Disk Imager on Windows
How to recover?
1- Download Unbrick Image for your bootloader from here
2- If you're using Windows, download Win32 Disk Imager
3- Backup all files in the micro SD card you 'll use
4- Write the Unbrick Image to your micro SD card using Win32 Disk Imager or Linux/MacOSX commands
5- Remove battery, Insert micro SD card & then the battery
6- Hold Power + Home + Volume Down to enter Download Mode by bootloader on SD card
7- Flash Stock firmware via Odin & Enjoy
Downloads:
All files you may need are available in this folder
-So if some one can create a "you need to create your own Unbrick Image since I can't share it for the device-specific bootloader. Just run this Unbrick Image Creator in recovery & it'll create "/sdcard/Unbrick_Files" in your internal SD card." for me, id love to try it and see if it works.
I was running Android 5.1.1 With Rogers before it went down and wonder if someone can run the unbrick image creator and create an unbrick file for the rest of the Canadian Galaxy Note 4s.:good::[/QUOTE]

they didnt even offer you to change some of the hardwares? the samsung service center near me will try to fix it and then if they are not able to fix it thru software then they will try to change the motherboard or battery it depends on what they think the problem is, next time dont just pull the battery especially when its trying to complete something.
I actually managed to get that unbrick thing working. My note 4 bricked just like yours. MMC Read failed constantly. Freezing and reboots. Until one day it just stopped turning on and would not go into download mode. I managed to get the note 4 file somewhere (I forgot where) and put it onto an external SD card and managed to get the phone into download mode. The phone still has the mmc read fail error at times and freezes and reboots. Still dont know what to do about that.

Oh and Just hook it up to Samsung Kies or Odin and do a full factory reset, that should get rid of any bugs.

well the samsung service centers usually replace your phone.... for me it's a bad thing you lose a lot of data and you get criticised for rooting and they usually take longer to fix your device and the price is very expensive if not insured :/ but well they get the job done

good thing in here they didnt care if your rooted or not, or what you do to your phone before the problem exist, they just take your phone and fix it, the only thing they ask you is if its under warranty and if its okay to wipe the phone

Lucky you when my previous cell broke down they asked me hat might have caused the issue i replied like an idiot i don't knoe later they started asking if i might have rooted my device well it was rooted and with a custom kernel and rom tge only thing samsubg was the logo on the front bevel in then end i told them about the root alone and got criticized for that and since the phone was 2 years old the warranty was expired ao had to pay almost 120 dodos for a new board :/

Yea, i tried to look for the files.
Seems like theirs nothing at this moment for the snapdragons 805, but phones running on snapdragon 801 and 800s can be fully un-bricked from a "hardbrick"
atleast we all have a solid idea how to fix this issue thanks to AndriodBrick.
for now, what you could do is buy a new motherboard or go to a Samsung repair center and when the developers release a fix, just fix the bricked motherboard and sell it. :good:

Yea, for the unbirck img, not sure where to find the proper boot loader on stock ROM.
So 2nd method from the top post not worked or why it's stroked out? Or it needed special unbreak image that we haven't and it can be done with unbrick image creator?
So if I'm reading the op correctly then you just need someone with a working canadian note4 to run the unbrick image creator in recovery to make the needed unbrick file? Then this file can be flashed on non-working phones to unbrick them?
And I'm assuming working phone needs to be rooted with custom recovery?

Is there an Unbrick yet?
Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 N910F.
Suddenly, literally out of nothing it died.
No reaction when trying to power it on, no reaction when trying to charge it. nothing, literally NOTHING. (Also tried different chargers, sockets, cables, and 2 different batteries)
I did NOT root the phone, i did not use cheap chargers, everything was/is stock.
When i connect my Note 4 to my laptop, and go to device manager, it finds: QHSUSB_BULK
I dont know if it is bricked because i didnt do anything weird with the phone.
QUESTION 1: IF MY LAPTOP FINDS THE NOTE 4 AS "QHSUSB_BULK", IS IT NECCESSARILY BRICKED?
QUESTION 2: IF IT IS BRICKED, IS THERE A UNBRICK YET?
QUESTION 3: IF THERE IS NO BRICK, WILL A MOTHERBOARD REPLACEMENT DO THE JOB?
So this unbricking works only for Canadian phones? Am I saved?
I would love to hear the news. Because I think mine just got bricked today. And it is a Canadian version.

Booting bricked N910T from SD

Hi does anyone know if there is a method to boot an apparently bricked Note 4 from the SD card? I see that this option is available for a few other Samsung phones but i cant seem to find a method for this searching the forum or google.
Background, i have a N910T that upon a reboot it would not boot up again. It just sits there with a black screen. I am not sure if something with the internal flash is corrupt. I am hoping to be able to boot to download mode from the SD card so i can attempt to fully reflash a stock rom image though odin and get this working again.
I have also tried a USB Jig that i had hoping i could kick this thing into download mode but no such luck.
Thanks!
So you can't get to download mode using the "power-home-volume down button combo?
Did you get things working?
It's almost impossible to bricked a phone now days....there are too many methods out there to recover from that. Just put the device into recovery mode and Odin the software and that should get your note 4 out of bricked!

I actually looked for this last week for ~4 hours... and found that No, there's no way to do this when the phone is already bricked. There were some things you could do if you are able to get into the phone to prepare it for booting from an external sd card, but if you can't get in to it to prepare it, then there's no way to do it - at least I wasn't able to find one.
Why not Odin flash a stock rom? I haven't ran into a full brick actually thanks to Odin I thought it was impossible to have a bricked device
Down volume, home, power option is all you need for Odin are you saying you can't even do that?

Hopefully you pulled the battery!
It pretty hard to brick the Note 4...
Soft brick yeah, I've done mine several times..
Just make sure your battery is charged and rdy!
Good luck

S7 Edge Hero2lte Exynos SM-G35F bricked device

Hi Guys,
Today I think I bricked my phone and I would appreciate any help.
I will describe the whole situation.
So around 2019 May, I rooted my device and decided to flash a stock based, debloated custom rom. Everything work just fined including downloading mode and recovery menu. Today, I decided to try out [S7/S7 Edge][OneUI Pie][JetBlackUI] LightROM, however strangely I was not able to boot either to TWRP neither to downloading mode via key combination.
However I had install TWRP app and from there i was able to boot to recovery mode, install the new rom and try it out.
For some reason root was not enabled in the new rom, so i figured I will try to do it via TWRP however I was unable to boot, since root access is needed to boot from TWRP app + key combo still did not work.
After searching on google, I found a poprgram which can do the trick. (Recovey-Download (CMD)
With this I was able to boot to recovery mode. Now I thought, since all this mess up was started with the new roms, I decided to restore my original stock rom, which I had a back up of. It booted up first and seemed okay, but I was curious if this solved the issues with the key comb, so I tried it going downloading mode, but it only worked with the program ((Recovey-Download (CMD)), and I saw that it is probably not gonna be good, since it only had the blue screen, but no data in the upper left corner.
Then I restarted the device and now it say " Custom binary blocked by FRP lock". and turns off itself.
I saw that FRP lock could be solved easly with Odin fresh install, problem is I have no idea how to go downloading mode. ( Assuming at this point I still can).
Sorry for the long essay but i think the more detail the easier to diagnose. Also, thank you for reading.
I would greatly appreciate any help.

Hey, how did you manage to get your phone into dl mode with an USB jig? I want to try this out, but you're the only one here who's confirmed that you were able to do this on an S7 Edge.

[SM-T585] Have I completely bricked my tablet? And is there something I can do about it?

So one day I wanted to install PostmarketOS and I managed to get the ZIP file to flash in TWRP, but it didn't work. Idiot me decided to extract the boot img and flash it onto the boot partition and now it's stuck on the boot logo "Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 blah blah...". I tried to get into recovery but to avail, even download mode too.
Well, with all that... Is it possible to somehow trigger an emergency download mode or since I took the back off the tablet, is there any pins that could short in order to reflash the EMMC? Here, I've attached some pics.
Let me know if all hope is lost and I have to get a new mobo. Thanks!

Interesting, but my tablet's CPU is an Exynos 7870 Octa not a Qualcomm, not sure if it would work. Also, is it possible to make such EDL cable at home? Oh, and what about software, what do I need to use in order to reflash the stock ROM or at the very least bring back Download Mode? (I assume Odin wouldn't work?)
