I try to connect with WiFi but anytime I on it, it off automatically...anybody with permanent solution

I have a strange poblem with Wifi. Whenever I try to connect to any accesspoint, secured or otherwise, it displays "CONNECTING" for a while, then reverts to "AVAILABLE". Once in a while, by resetting or turning wifi off and on, Ill be able to connect and then everything is fine. But the moment I trun wifi off and back on, or suspend the unit the error returns.
Update: this is getting even wierder. I am able to connect to _secured_ networks without a problem, but I still cannot connect to unsecured ones.

it would help if you post your GSM/ROM version and to what kind of network you are trying to connect ?
hi i have a samsung intrepid i-350 and some weird things have been hapening
sometimes while conected my wifi will just stop working
when i turn it off then back on it will say wifi is available but then i cant turn wifi off and the wifi connection screen disapears from the wifi options
also sometimes when i boot my wifi wont even be in the connection manager and i cant enable it
other times it will just freeze on available and wont let me do anything.
is their a possible fix or does anyone know what is going on

Not a huge issue but for some reason when I turn ON my TF from a long sleep/hybernation (1hr+), it will lose it's wifi connection to my house but the icon says that it is connected (but with no internet access). The only way I can fix this is by turning off and on the wifi. I would rather not have to do this. Is there a way/fix for this issue so that the wifi will reconnect once the tablet wakes?

This is one of several bugs that I am starting to fined annoying. I have to leave wifi as always on rather than disconnect on sleep.
The other issue is browser closing...still no fix for that either.
I have SM-T231 and i am using Russian firmware, Android 4.4.2. I have a small but very annoying problem which i couldn't resolve no matter what i tried. My wifi connection doesn't work after my screen turns off.
Wifi connection is set to turn off during standby mode to save battery power. I see that the wifi connection becomes active after i wake up my tablet with power button but i receive no data whatsoever. It doesn't get fixed `till i turn off and on wifi connection manually. I tried to use static ip feature by thinking that maybe my router causing the problem with dhcp but this didn't help.
Anyone have an idea what might cause this very annoying issue?

My wifi was not connected to anyone but turned on.
I didn't think I had to manually turn off wifi before turning on hotspot.
