How to SIM unlock my P3300 (Artemis)

Hi ...first sorry for my bad english
I installed ROM "ARTE_DOPODAU_12570702_026990_WWE_SHIP" in my P3300, but after reset display message "SIM LOCKED".I return my "original" ROM, but he say again ''SIM LOCKED" ....PlS help. What can I do to unlock SIM Network.... Thanks...

Thank you for the answer, but I can't pay with PAYPAL because Bulgaria don't figure in the List of Countries on the site.What can I do?

ask paypal why bulg doesnt figure there. try ask directly imeicheck about other payment opt. possible

I have MDA Compact 3, which I am not using anymore as it is locked to T Mobile, if somebody can guide me to develop unlocking solution, I can dedicate my time and efforts to this.

i have unlocked my tmobile mda compact3 with imei check?
if i change rom can i unlock again the pda with the same program?

Anybody knows how long is the answer from IMEI-CHECK Team after the verification?

I am considering buying one from the UK and unlocking it to work in Egypt so i have some questions
1- does the spv m700 have any software or hardware problems ?
2- about 12% voted that they didn't succeeded unlocking the device, Would they please explains why and if it is a problem with their steps or with the unlocker? Does the failure in unlocking affected by a way or another the device or the firmware?
3- Is there anyone here from Egypt or the Gulf tried it?Did you face any problems?

2- I called Orange and they sent me the unlocking code in 1 hour
3- I am Egyptian living in the UK

Can I start by saying what a fantastic website and community. I really hope that my problem can be solved here. If not, then please advise me of the actions I need to take.
I recently bought an Orange SPV M3100 from a friend in the UK but cannot use it in my home country, Slovakia. It only works in Slovakia with a UK sim card but not with any of the Slovakian sims that I have.
I am completed new at this and think I may have found the right link to proceed with trying to unlock my M3100 but I just wanted to make sure that I am about to do the right thing.
So, am I right in saying that all I need to do is go to this posting here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=325748 then click on the 'MrVanx’s Hermes Upgrade Guide' link and go ahead and upgrade something called my ROM or have I completely missed the point?
Please help and thank you in advance!!

This is what I used to unlock my Omnia 7 yesterday. Works great, just $20 from the fastgsm website and it unlocks via cable. FYI, I needed to install this driver before the software would see my omnia:
http://www.fastgsm.com/downloads/FastGSM_Swallowtail_5.02.0.0-1_for_Samsung.exe

You can unlock it simply using the Unlock code,You can buy the unlock code for this MOBILE from Online sites..You can get the unlock code from here Onlinegsmunlock.com and unlock it.
