UPDATE - NOW WORKING FOR CASES AT LEAST Has anyone used this voucher code to get a case for their Note 10+? I got the code through all fine, but adding cases to the basket in Samsung store and then adding code brings up a message that nothing in the basket can use the code.
I'm hoping that maybe it's because the cases I added were on preorder? And when they arrive in the store I could get 50% off a nice case.... anyone else had a go or experience the same?
So far it had only worked on the duo charging pad which went from 90 to 45. But other stuff I tried got the same message as the cases. Shame....
every time I've had these types of offer there has been in the small print that it is only on a very limited selection of items and it's normally the stuff people normally wouldn't need.

If you go to Samsung Members app on your phone, it'll pop up on the announcements. I had to follow a link and fill some stuff I think. Then they sent the code in an email. I think like the other poster said it's only a very small number of accessories sadly.

Update - the cases for note 10+ have now gone from preorder to addtobasket. I did it this morning, used my code and got the LED case for £30 instead of £60. Screenshot to show where the offer popped up on the members app.

And I just came across a way to get a free $5 amazon giftcard that you guys could use on this case. My buddy referred me to this and it worked, I recieved the giftcard code in my email within a minute.
But anyways, to get it all you have to do is install an app called Clover on you android PHONE or iPhone and verify by sms/voice that its a phone and go through a couple steps to set up the app and once your done ( itll take like 2 mins to get everything set up) youll get your GC in your email.
Use THIS LINK to download the app since its by referral only I think, but even if it's not, it helps me out if you do because I also get $5.

Ordered my case Monday/Tuesday, got it Saturday afternoon. Great looking case, great overall fit. It does slide just a hair which causes misalignment with the speakers and front camera. Not really a complaint though, more of an observation. Doesn't look cheap at all either. Great buy!

I ordered one and got it in 4 days. About the misalignment, I found if I just tightened up on the velcro retainer then everything lines up nicely. I now have two different cases and I like this one due to the full frame hold vs tabs gripping the screen. I also like that it uses a magnet to hold the cover in place. I am very happy with this case.

It was on a list of devices that Samsung Italy released would receive ICS. I am not holding my breath for when it will happen but I would guess it will. This seems to be their premier device so I would think they would want to.

I bought mine from them. No problems at all. But I do live in Singapore and went to their office to collect...my precious...personally, from someone who turns out to speak with a Korean accent to boot.

My main ones being XDA, Forzamotorsport, and X360Achievements and each one has a code give thread, were ppl gain these codes, dont want them or need them, so they give them away. . . its brilliant! I registered for the phone trade-in the first week of March, got my confirmation on the 9th. The email about the delay came on March 22nd. This entire htc-one saga has taken place in Feb and March. I'm not sure what you mean. April 4th was when we could finally start ordering.
I never got the email with the coupon code. No big deal, as it turned out I didn't need it. Once I found out that AT&T kept the phone stock like the global one and the logo was just a grey globe on the back, I decided to save $350 and get the AT&T. At the time I thought I could get it in black which made it even more appealing but the silver is fine with me.
I registered for email updates from both ATT and HTC. I even re-registered around teh middle of March since I hadn't heard anything. I don't think AT&T ever sent out any emails.

I'm just iterating what HTC was telling me on the phone, so I guess unless there were some other problems like in your case where you did register before that, I was not aware of it.
You could give HTC a call and tell them if you could get the deal potentially I would believe. It does not hurt to try.
Maybe I didn't get on the list because I registered too early. whatever the reason I didn't need the code anyway, but it means unfortunately I don't have one to give away in this thread.

Yeah well - I signed up for almost everything from HTC. Heck, I even did that last year during the HTC One X fever. But never got any newsletter or fan mail or any such thing from HTC. Not even a lousy, "you are a good customer" email. :crying:

Yes they allow screenshots of the receipts. I did that last time with the Note 5 for the free Netflix.

This. I just ordered two S7 Edges to get one half off and when I added the Gear VR it zeroed out. Only thought it would work for one VR but I decided to add another and still $0. It wasn't til I added the 3rd VR that the price went up.

I pre-ordered from Best Buy online, and it appears that the two free items are coming to me from Best Buy directly.
I received my phone and have to wait till the 4th. The Samsung offer website only allows me to input my email to be notified when it's up I guess.
Looks like I will be out of town the week the vr form is open and when the phone comes in from att. Do I need the phone or can I use the emailed receipt? If I need the phone will they keep allowing the orders to come in for the free vr till the end date since I will be out of town?

Just got my S7 Edge today and had the same experience trying to claim the perks. Nice to find this thread and that I am not alone in trying to figure this out.
Its always better to buy in a shop , mainly because you get to see the phone in real life , plus if there is something wrong with the phone you swap it on the spot , also shops have coupons to claim the free vr as well

Well if t-mobile gave us our pre-order phones in store 2 weeks before the official release date that would be great but we all know that's not happening.

I attached my purchase confirmation email from T-Mobile. It has all of the information they should need, hopefully that works.
I just submitted as well. I printed my payment processing email from T-Mobile to a PDF file as my receipt and listed the date that they charged me as the date of purchase (transaction date as listed in the email) - it wasn't clear if they wanted the order date or the date that the purchase was actually processed so I went with the latter. Hopefully they spot both dates when they go to match it up.
I just completed my claim form as well.
I know someone is going to ask so you need 4 things to process the claim:
-Date of Purchase
-IMEI (In Settings>About Phone)
-Wi-Fi MAC ADDRESS (In Settings>About Phone)
-Photo of your Receipt (I sent a PDF of a email I got from t-mobile that says "Here's your Receipt" which includes the information they request on the receipt being, Qualifying Purchase or Lease, Date of Purchase or Lease within the purchase period, and the Name on the Receipt must match the name on the offer claim form.)

In the app, go to the menu in the upper left corner and from the drop down menu hit My Promotions, it was there for me.
I'm not 100% it went through, it says 'claimed' but when I initially did it I didn't get a confirmation screen.
I'm wondering, since the VR deal is sold out, if this is another way to stop the hate for Samsung and allow people to claim this who missed out on the VR.

In the app, go to the menu in the upper left corner and from the drop down menu hit My Promotions, it was there for me.
I'm not 100% it went through, it says 'claimed' but when I initially did it I didn't get a confirmation screen.
I'm wondering, since the VR deal is sold out, if this is another way to stop the hate for Samsung and allow people to claim this who missed out on the VR.

When I go to the promotions page all I see the "GS8 Pre-Order offer" which I've already claimed.
I don't see any other available promos to claim? Did you claim the pre-order offer?

Under my promotions it just shows Gear VR and say already claimed. I'm pretty sure it's just for those that missed the Gear VR promotion.
It's there for me but the purchase date has to be May 3rd-May 16th. Smh

Its promo that is/was running for may.
So it one of those weekend things.
I would of enjoy this more then the vr headset (that i jave 4 off lol)
But ahh no big deal.
I remember them doing this really bad for the s7e.
Of you preorder you got this.
If you brought it arou d fathers day you got that
And of brougth a month after it was another thing.
Sucks because when i got my first s7e it was right inbetween two promo

I think you're right, they came back and said my receipt was missing the purchase date. I'm assuming they'll reject it once I send it in with the date showing. Boooo
