Hello
I curiously updated my h873 to 8.0 via lgup and now am not happy with that too much battery drain random reboots so i want to back to my 7.0 i read that it can harm the device and when i chek anti rollback it shows "anti rolback disabled" is this means i can safe downgrade to 7.0 ? if yes tell me how pls.
does anyone know how to fix this am stuck in fastboot mode but can't flash any .img

Hello
So H2OS boots up just fine. Fastboot mode works. When I boot into recovery mode the oneplus logo shows up, but it is as nothing happens afterwards. I left the device there for more than an hour and still nothing. Flashing from the OS twrp 2.8.7.0 or 3.0.0-2 has no change on this. Flashing from fastboot the same. When I try to boot from fastboot,I get the following error:
[email protected] ~/Downloads $ fastboot boot twrp-3.0.0-2-oneplus2.img

Any ideas?
Had the same problem. I just flashed MM firmware and then TWRP 3.0.1. It did not worked when i was flashing 3.0.0. Download official TWRP from their site, version 3.0.1.
I know it seems strange but it did help for me. Was not expecting that to fix the problem tho ..

Hi guys!
After flashing the OOS 3.0 update I cannot load into twrp recovery. So, I again flashed the recovery image from fast boot but while doing the process I got the following error.
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 0.710s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: dtb not found)
finished. total time: 0.784s
Please help me in installing the TWRP recovery.
You have to use the H2OS-MM Twrp. It is stated in nearly every Installation Guide posted on here and the OnePlus Forum.
https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/installation-instructions-faqs-oxygenos-3-0-0.439108/
Download H2-MM TWRP(rename as recovery.img for example), and flash it using fastboot
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot boot recovery.img

This happens when you flash wrong version. You must be using the twrp for KK, while MIUI is LP.
So try this one

Tried but not working same error is showing.
[email protected]:~/Desktop/TWRP/img$ sudo fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

Extract "boot.img" from the root of MIUI rom zip and flash that with "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Then flash the twrp for lollipop
Otherwise, you'll need to flash the firmware through QFIL Downloader

It seems you successfully flashed the twrp recovery...............
If your recovery is right i.e.according to your previous os
Then just u need to enter into recovery by pressing 3 buttons at the same time....
if not worked then flash another twrp version....

Refer this link. I used the ( THIRD METHOD )Installing the firmware using Lenovo Downloaders.
https://boycracked.com/2015/06/03/unbrick-lenovo-a6000/
So everything is solved here right ? you can close this thread now i think !
Hi XDA Community,
I'm in a bit of a pickle. Yesterday my Zenfone started to bootloop and I tried to reset to fabric settings in bootmode but it didn't do anything. Afterwards I put the stockrom (Lollipop) and the latest rom (Marshmallow) and installed them. No errors, but it is stuck in bootloop and I can only enter fastboot mode now and it gets stuck there.
Tried Intel SoC solution, no results and also QFil but it isn't shown under ports.
How can I unbrick it?
Thank you very much.
The way I did it
If you install the latest version of twrp it should automatically boot correctly as if nothing happened. it's strange, but every brick I have had has been fixed that way.

Tried it.
This is the error that it gives me.
g:\adb and recovery>fastboot boot twrp-3.1.1-0-Z00T.img
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 0.944s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: unlock device to use this command)
finished. total time: 0.953s
So, I finally managed to install the latest version of TWRP and SuperSU (don't know which version, tried two of them and thee TWRP install and finally one of the stuck).
I tried back2stock with 1.14 and 1.17 firmware, but the same problem happened. Bootloop and bootloop, on and on and on. The curious thing is that I didn't encounter any error message during installations so what could be the problem. Is there a log I can see to disover what could be the solution.
Thank you.

Hi all I've been searching for help but can't find many similar cases to mine.
Here is the situation: after rooting my huawei p8 lite 2017 with magisk I installed xposed framework and it soft bricked my device (again for the third time this week)
I decided to restore a backup i had made, when i had magisk root but no xposed installed, via TWRP
The backup ends but the phone won't boot and TWRP doesn't want to boot either, it continues to boot between twrp and the stock rom without success.
In fastboot i can't find info of my phone to download the right software from a site to do dload but I do have an update.app file for my phone
When i flash boot.img it gives me:
C:\adb>fastboot flash boot BOOT.img
target reported max download size of 471859200 bytes
sending 'boot' (15524 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.389s]
writing 'boot'...
FAILED (remote: partition length get error)
finished. total time: 0.413s
My info is this:
bootloader: unlocked
recovery: not working
huawei eRecovery: tried but failed to boot after
fastboot: partly working
the android version is 8.0
device : PRA-LX1C432B209
I cannot use dload with the update.app from firmware finder
If anyone could help me i would be very thankfull.
