If anyone has these, please let us all know as they are necessary to restore hard bricked phones using this method:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/general/how-to-resurrecting-bricked-moto-x-t2629057
The XT1097 5.0 OTA and XT1095 5.1 soak OTA are hard bricking people's devices because they don't have adequate checks in them to not try to patch the bootloader if the person has previously upgraded then downgraded. The files that are necessary to restore the bootloaders on these hard bricked phones are:
MPRG8974.hex and 8974_msimage.bin (MSM8974_bootloader_singleimage.bin)
Please find a way to have these files released so people can fix their phones!!!!! Thanks.
Edited:
I have a copy of what appears to be the blankflash files for the XT1085, which is the Moto X 2014 sold in China.
https://mega.nz/#!44lCharY!JMHaSbk4qC0QnutDmU4tcB8UE7HwlksaQDDIO8xtLug
First - when I download the file in Chrome, it is blocked due to possible malware. I had to change my setting to download it. I am not sure why that occurred..
Second, I don't see the hex file in there, rather there is an mbn. Is the mbn the same as the hex file?
Third, the singleimage.bin is in there. I am assuming since the XT1085 uses the same processor as all of the other MX14's, these files should work for all MX14's but I don't know for sure.
I don't know much about the blankflash process so I can't answer questions about it. I don't know what to do with any of these files and I don't know if there are any issues with using the XT1085 blankflash files with other models of the MX14. I am posting these in case someone else does.
I already have those files, but the mbn Is useless, we need the MSM8974_bootloader_singleimage.bin*
I was reading the other thread where this was being discussed. I would be willing to provide files if they can be obtained from my working phone.

I wish there were a way to do it but from all I have read, there is not. They basically have to be leaked because they have to be signed by motorola. The only way to create them would require that someone knows how to forge the signature. So I am hoping for a leak.
I wish I were wrong on that but that is what it looks like based on everything I read from people who were trying to create the files themselves and failed.
Did we check the fxz?

I did and from all I have read, it looks like the individual components of the .bin file are there but the problem is for the tool (blankflasher) to be used, they need to be combined into a single file with some partition table info and I believe the file must be signed.
I am basing this on what I read from other threads, I think it was a Droid Razr M thread, where people were trying to recreate the bin file for their phone.
I don't want to discourage anyone else from looking into this more as I could be wrong, but that is what it seemed to me.

Honestly as little information as I can find about it online I wouldn't chance it unless/until you get positive confirmation on here from a well established user or someone with evidence to show that it's legit. But that's just me. They may well be legit, but if you are doubtful enough to ask, that's a good enough reason (for me anyway) to not give them any banking information/money or try to put anything from them on your phone until you see enough on them to make you feel safe about it.
You need Odin 3.12 to flash any rom for s7 att. I used this site 's rom, no problem with it. I didn't find anywhere else to download so I have to pay this site. A bit expensive though

ATT firmware seems not released through official
channel so it is hard to find. I paid and downloaded it.
I could flash it in and got OTA. I paid using PayPal which is kind of safer.

Not a problem! Got it from Br3w3r who is also part of the team responsible for the S7 Edge root! Where he got it, I am unsure. I have had to use it once though, and I can verify it works. It doesn't appear to reset the flags that cause Samsung pay to stop working, but it'll bring your phone back from disaster.
Ok so I've spent the entire time this phone has been on the market (march 2016) trying to get WiFi Calling and VoLTE working on T-Mobile or MetroPCS in the USA. With the Note 7 ports I had some luck and when Nougat finally came I needed to figure it out again. so here's what you do. First download the file Attached to this post, and you're going to need
Super stock ROM from Tkkg1994
Or
this ROM from ambasadii . Will this work with other ROMs? Well i've tried it on Superman and it didn't work but I think it might have to do with those ROMs being DeODEXed maybe not I don't know. I understand the difference but not why, so bear with me. If you get it working on other ROMs let me know.
Unzip the file attached and move it onto your phone somewhere, it doesn't matter where as long as you know where.
OK so now wipe your phone and Flash that ROM, I chose BTU CSC i don't think it matter though. NOW DON'T Reboot.
Go to the main menu in TWRP go to File Manager now you'll notice that the folders in that zip look like your /system/ right? so just cops the folders and files and then paste them in their respective folders in your /system/
I shouldn't have to say this but don't copy the priv-app folder and paste it or any others that have more files and folders that the one you're copying. but you can just copy and paste the /system/csc/ folder
when all those files are in their respective places just reboot the phone and you should be good to go.
I hope this makes sense, finally we can have WiFi Calling AND VoLTE AND be on Nougat AND live in the USA
ATTENTION: THE ZIP FILE ATTACHED IS NOT A FLASHABLE ZIP YOU NEED TO EXTRACT IT AND PLACE THE FILES YOURSELF IN TWRP'S FILE MANAGER.
I'd have made it a rar but I have a Mac and this is easier.
This works in super stock by tkkg1994 too which is deODEXed so..... https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s7/development/rom-superstoc-rom-v1-0-aroma-t3496520
Bro thank you. Worked for me.

Does at&t have wifi calling? The volte will probably work but I think T-Mobile has a very different wifi calling than everyone else which is why is so damn hard to get it to work on these phones. But I could be wrong.
You can try the Note 7 port CSC changer by tkkg1994 might work.

I use the T-mobile support package from this thread:

It has worked with every Nougat Rom and is TWRP flashable. I currently use it with King of Nougat v8 and have wifi, volte and video calling capabilities.

Can I fix that by just copying the files from here? OP could benefit from some bullet points or something, this guide is a little confusing.

Look for a thread where you posted with BQA6 Odin files. It has a full guide.
Odin Program
http://samsungodin.com/
Odin Files
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=71343011
Adb installer
https://androidmtk.com/download-15-seconds-adb-installer
Here are the files for an ATT phone. I'll link the guide too...
Can't find the link but you need to download adb installer, a Google search will bring up a quick installer, then you need to download odin, I believe the latest will work, then boot to download mode which is reboot, hold the home/volume down/and power button after the Samsung shutdown screen goes away. Put the files where they belong into odin and flash. Each file will be listed as AP, CSC, BL and I forget the 4th. Easy peasy.

If you want to update your (i'm just assuming) S7 Edge from AT&T you could check this link (here should've been a url link but apperently i can't attach links because i don't have 10 posts ) just search for androidfilehost on google (and search for G935A if you have an AT&T phone or search for the model number in setting s> about phone > software information > Baseband version *the first 5 are the model number*) , with all of the updates working , i am using the latest one uploaded by ITSAJUJA , they're working all you need is odin , you gotta unzip the zip file , plug in your phone ,put the files in the correct order, have the phone in downloading mode with oem unlocked and usb debugging and you're all good to go. You can also search for other models on that site . I hope i was of any help . Have fun updating !
Can some one please share with me the ImsVT older located at the system - private-app location please?
