It would help to know which HU you have. 126 or 1260 are used by many HU but 8888 and 3368 is used by some brands too. Allwinner based HU have a more complicated code. Go to the general settings menu and hit the gear icon then type the code to get into factory settings.

Now the problem I am facing is that when i open android developer options or backup settings or Factory setting it ask a password 4. Digit.

Hi dear all,
I just recieved a new android car 2din head unit, it's a MTCD version with the last firmware version 5.1.1 android+KD+04.05.2016 and I have an issue with the display.
I have an inverted colors on the display.
No way to return to real colors.
I have wiped all users settings in recovery mode.
I have tried via adb to set pm clean com.android.systemui with no success.
Can you please help me ?

The only thing that comes to my mind is this :
Have you checked the "developer options"?. There is a option witch does invert colors. If it is not switched on you might just turn it on and see if solves your issue.

Do you know how to activate "developer options" on this android 5.1.1 MTCD unit ?
Because when I use 126 password in the advanced option I dont have any item with developper options.

Developer options are android specific options, and is not the "factory setings" menu. In main setings menu at the end you should find the developer options.
Regarding the password for factory settings you can also try "m12345" or "m123456" or "587" (this one i'm not sure, but it is definitely begining eith 5, you can find it in the wiki of xda)
A friend of mine, wants to make some changes on his car dvd with Android 4.4.4. Model it's CMP 6203. He already tried 0000, 1234, 7890, 126, 8317, 518 without succes. Do you know any other code acces for this head unit?

But my biggest problem is that I don't have the 'car infotaiment' item in the settings menu nor the 'extra settings' item :-(

You're sure you have a Junsun V1 Pro?
Install https://m.apkpure.com/de/quickshortcutmaker/com.sika524.android.quickshortcut
and test the activities of MainUI (com.ts.MainUI). You may find the settings menu which allows to enter the code or directly the factory settings without the need to enter a code.

Scroll through the list and try to find MainUI. Expand it, click on the first activity and press "try". Do the same with the other activities. Some activities may be known (e.g. Radio, Bluetooth,...) but one could be what you're looking for.
The description of the activity you're looking for needs not to be "car infotainment" because this is just its label in the settings app.
