LTE Band Xiaomi Mi Note2

I have a problem with my galaxy note3 (n9006/ 16GB) this phone have 2 LTE BANDS (band 4 and band 13) its a problem for me because in my contry to pick up 4G your phone must to have the band 3 or band 20 which is not the case of my galaxy note3.(n9006/16GB)4
So i don't know if there is a flashable file or a tweak which can allow me to pick up 4G in my country
