Hi!
Few months ago I flashed the McLaren ROM on my 6T. After a few days I revert back to OpenBeta but the boot animation is still the one from McLaren. Since then I flashed twice with MSM Download Tool but the stock animation is still McLaren. Anybody can help me with the flashable stock boot animation? Thanks!

This is what actually happend after installing H2oS 2.5.1....
Flashed h2o with twrp recovery stuck up at setup wizard...
So i used OOS unbrick tool to get back to stock but that stuck up at oneplus logo..
so next i flashed using hydrogen restore tool to 5.1.1
after that again flashed latest ver of h2os
so finally it worked..but due t few reasons i wanted to go back to oos..nothing help me
Installed TWRP on h2os 2.5.1 than copied my backup which was made with twrp dated [2016-04-08--17-02-42]
restored done setup done
then i get promp of software update oos 3.1...
tried updating and same happened null baseband null iemi.
SO went back to oos 3.0.1
Any solution you guys found out how to make thing back on track.
Unfortunately there is no way back now, have to wait for an oxygen update. But you can use cm 14.1, it works fine. Flash hydrogen 2.5 to fix your imei and install cm after.
So i wanted to go back to Lineage after trying the oreo 2 beta. Each time I try to flash Lineage it gets hung up during the initial boot and bootloops. I used the same files that I have when I first flashed so I'm not sure what the issue is.
Is there a trick after I flash the beta??
You need to flash the nougat firmware again.

Hi, I have a leeco pro 3 lex 727, and it was hard bricked but I revived it with qb loader. Now I have flashed the latest version of twrp and whenever I try to install any custom roms I get error code 7 (rom not built for device). Whenever I flash a stock rom It flashes within 3 seconds, but it stuck on the boot screen. My device boots to fast boot and TWRP. What do I do to install an os for the device. I have tried a variety of solutions from flashing modem to updating Twrp. Any Help?
After a painful rooting process, I finally achieved root with Magisk 19.1 and unlocked bootloader. I decided to load Super V20 ROM this morning but it has never finished the boot process. It's sticking on the Verizon boot animation. As far as the stock phone, I had version VS99510B and Android 7.0, running TWRP 3.2.1-0. When I went through the options in the Aroma loader for Super ROM, I don't think I chose anything crazy. I selected Magisk & MK2000 kernel (though, that didn't have any effect on the static screen; I was told it would).
After the first load attempt, I went back into TWRP, triple-wiped everything and reflashed again. Same effect. It just won't move past the Verizon boot animation. What could be the issue? Is there anything I can fix here or do I need to reload all the stock software? If that is the case, do I need to go back to 10B or would a newer version work better? I do intend to load a custom ROM at some point but I just want to get this phone functioning again.
Right now, I do have access to recovery (TWRP 3.2.1-0) so all is not lost. Got any help?

After searching through xda, it seems that I can't find any solution on how to change my stock bootanimation to 8t's cyberpunk. I have tried the following and nothing works:
1. Flash bootanimation with magisk. Same bootanimation after reboot.
2.Flash bootanimation with magisk. Reboot. Copied system, config.sh, module.prop and readme.md to root/data/adb/modules/cyberpunk. Still don't work after reboot.
3.Paste the module mannually to root/op1/bootanimation and renamed the stock animation to bootanimation.zip.old as back up and set permission to r-w-r-r. No bootanimation after reboot.
Im really sorry, I know this is not worth your time but i'm still hoping someone could help. I really dn't understand how oneplus messes with directories. Why it has to be different from the regular OP 7t pro?
Anyways, Im on latest magisk to date. No TWRP installed but can boot to TWRP if needed. OP7T PRO MCLAREN HD1913 on OOS 10.0.13
