My snapdragon s9+ uses 1% while I sleep (android 10). My snapdragon note 10+ uses 5% while I sleep (android 10). I wouldn't recommend this phone.
I make the same observation as you, I noticed an high standby drain (approximately 1.0%/h)
My U12+ use less power in standby mode...
I would love to get even close to 1% readings. atm im idling around 2,5%/h with my Exynos over night. Its horrible.
I lose nearly 3 - 5 % during nights when the mobile remains in standby... It is pretty good..

The drain is negligible. Like 1% per hour. Or less.
Edit.: this was on A.06 update and realme Q.
i got about 3% for 5-6 hours sleep. with dual 4G sim standby and wifi connected. that's include alarm when i wake up. Great standby drain at night
Battery drain
After october update realme battery is draining faster than before.

I am using android Q Realme UI and in my last 8 hours of sleep my battery drained from 60% to 49%.
My phone 6 month old and both sim are 4G.

my phone always charging when I am sleeping, but I can feel my phone's battery need to charge more now
realme ui C.04
After 1½ years of using this phone, standby drain is roughly 1% in an hour, which is okay but I'd like better battery. All connectivity (WiFi, Bluetooth, Mobile Data) stays off, only general phone services are enabled (no Flight Mode), with a wake up alarm.

Mine drains like hell while on standby and airplane mode 10% during 8h of sleep... Not acceptable..
Hi, mine drains more or less what is to be expected. The battery lasts for 2 days with normal usage, BUT I am not using power optimizations and have permanently Wifi, GPS, BT and NFC enabled (and 4G when no wifi available).
Standby drain is not bad at all depending on the apps and overall background usage. The way i have mine configured... itll outlast the energizer bunny on standby!

This phone does not seem to me that is loses battery charge very much when the phone is standing by in a pocket.
Minimal stand-by drain.
From a before-bed charge of 100% to an after-work the next day charge of about 87% under varying conditions of 5G, 4G and wireless, I'd say it has excellent standby power management.
My a71 5g does have a much bigger battery as compared to my LG v40 but batt seems to be poorly managed. Overnight I seem to have 7% to 9% battery drain. Nothing running, Facebook Uninstalled and various at&t pre installed apps Uninstalled or disabled

I got about 46 hours of standby time with 78% of the battery going to the Phone Idling and 22% on other apps (including a few android.software. apps?)
After 12.0.9 update, I have much worse standby drain. The phone does not enter deep sleep as much as it should, and now the deep sleep is at most 5% of screen-off time. Battery stats say Phone Idle, android.system.suspend and Other (around 40% always). The drain is roughly 2% per hour with screen off. Much worse that before the update. Hope they fix this...

Standby drain is noticeable in a sense.. I use two sim cards with 4g enabled, I keep location, auto-sync turned off, no always-on display and face 2% to 3% battery drain overnight within 7.30 or 8 hours. I think standby battery optimization is not much good in one UI.
