I'm referring to the official sources.

In April 2019, I downloaded twrp-3.3.0-0-i9300. In May/June 2019, there was twrp-3.3.1-0-i9300 available to download. But now, all that disappeared, and the newest is the twrp-3.2.3-0-i9300 from a year ago (July 2018).
Why is that?
This question is answered in TWRP's FAQ on their website.

This is working on MIUI 10 Oreo, I flash xiaomi.eu ROM 8.7.12 successfully.

Maybe you should ask that in the Arrow thread instead of opening an extra one. The guys there should know it.

OnePlus hasn't released the Android 12 kernel source code yet, which is what lineageos needs to get started.

There is no official TWRP for SM-T295. Flashing an unofficial twrp comes with >risks<.
