Theme Chooser problem fc´s

Hello I have a question to see if you'd know the problem.
I implemented the theme chooser commits to the framework.
I put the themechooser.apk in "system / app" and ThemeManager in "system / app-priv"
Sometimes it works well and sometimes gives FC, I need a library or file besides those? it may be permissions problem or missing some file?
Wear two days with this and I can not find the solution. Appreciate it if someone could guide me.
Thank you very much.
Edit whit log report:
android.content.ActivityNotFoundException: Unable to find explicit activity class {com.tmobile.themechooser/com.tmobile.themechooser.ThemeChooser}; have you declared this activity in your AndroidManifest.xml?
I have the same problem
Same error. I have these files:
- ThemeChooser.apk (system/app)
- ThemeManager.apk (system/priv-app)
- com.tmobile.software.themes.xml (system/etc/permission/)
