Hello guys, is there any way you can get the Camera app from the galaxy camera 2 to the galaxy S5? i really want that manual shutter speed option. There isn't any app that does manual shutter speed, and the galaxy camera 2 runs on android as well, maybe someone managed to make it work.
Thanks !

I dont think that is possible... am searching for it too never found something
We all know that most our photos get blury because of the shutter speed which is 1-2 seconds. Nobody found a way to reduce this speed to zero, but this phone's camera is still not very bad. So I would like to question all the i9500 users, what is the best camera app for this phone on KitKat? Or are there any mods or any other things that increase photo quality? I know how to play with the settings, so don't recommend me to do this. Stock settings are medium.
I am also using A Better Camera from the playsotre. But anyway, I am wondering if there are ways to increase our camera.
Thanks in advance!
Hey Guys,
Wanted to start a thread about the camera and quality of pics that it captures..soo for anyone who already has theirs in hand, post up some pics! :good:
Just saw this thread and took a shot outside while waiting for my car to get fixed. Just used the auto settings and that's it. I should try low light later. Not great as using manual settings at all lol.
Any thought about the camera focus speed?
How is the camera shutter speed / focus speed / startup speed?
Anyone can compare to the Galaxy S7?
I have tried multiple apps on my 6GB variant of the Zenfone Max Pro M1 but no app allows to take long exposures. Does anybody have a solution?
Note- Camera2api is enabled.
OpenCamera, Footej Camera workes for me. I personally used OpenCamera, but I've moved to Footej Camera recently for better UI. This picture was shot with OpenCamera.

I have tried both apps but the shutter speed does not go beyond half a second.
I want to take 10-20 second exposures.
Ah I didn't read that your device is the 6GB varian.. Mine's 4GB. I have no idea whether there's a difference or not, sorry.
Guys I have noticed that the lowest shutter speed available in pro mode is 1/4, not even 1 second, im using 4gb ram model.
I have already enabled camera 2 api and gcam is working fine but shutter speed in pro mode on stock camera is a huge issue, dissappointed :crying:
Here's a response I received from Asus

There is camera hardware limit set in max pro m2 although I don't understand why cause same sensor used in other phone doesn't have such limits such as Xiaomi A2
It kinda sucks maybe developer will find a way
