Smartzen rom!Custom rom android M ze551ml from first beta MM

Hello looking for a stable rom of android 6.0.1 i found this rom from a russian forum but google translate do some mistake in french
So if people can tell me if it's possible to flash this rom with twrp on a z00a running cm13 please help me

Downloading. But my internet connection is a crap, even with free Yandex account the download is at 24KB/s.

Oh ok and what firmware are you using now?
I am on RR 5.7.1 it's a nice rom but i am sad with game performance and i miss asus cover to be honest

I'm at RussiaNBeaR 7.3, based on stock .184 firmware. I miss the PixelMaster app in the RR (and, more precisely, XOSP - my preferred rom), so I come back to stock based. Apparently you can jump from .184 and the first MM build to this ROM (Google Translate, please dont fool me).

I just have the permanet recovery 3.0.0.0

This afternoon i try this rom !!

flashed this rom via TWRP over russian Bear & Borets Rom based on v184. Now cant boot the phone. only vibrate when press and hold the power button. Any help?

To unbrick your phone, try this: [Guide] Un-brick both (Soft/Hard) bricked Zenfone 2 ze550ml/ze551ml
Apparently, the custom MM ROM has the same implications the official one. I was thinking to flash raw image like the @Russiamen upgrade guide. Maybe this way the system would be closest to stock and reduce the brick chances.

According the 4pda forum yes, there is a chance, and the Russiamen let you to do it this way, flashing RAW image and .184 zip ROM.

please help me to my post!! It's a very hard brick with this rom..I don't have bootloader...recovery nothing What is the solution ? I can't use adb because i don't have bootloader...

Hi,
I saw the chinese threads regarding ZUI 2.0 and it was really confusing to understand what to download, what tool to use.
The existing threads are outdated or contain the rom.
I want the details to specifically install official ZUI 2.0 with download links and the QPST tool process. I am currently running CM 13.1 with TWRP Recovery.

If this is a pre rooted rom, I will just have to wait for the new pre rooted version to be released before flashing right?

I have tried this on my ZUK Z1 earlier. (ZUI 2.0.80 ST) Via TWRP it flashed properly works fine but when i'm trying to restore my CM13 Backup it always gave me error. And i have to format the data partition as well and install CM13 all over again always i have tried 2-3 times every time everything gone. Do you have any solution. I want to use ZUI 2.0 but i come back often to CM13 as well.

Yes you are right. OTA didn't work. I have already tried. OTA failed with no network error. Try to download 2.1.049 from Chinese forum and search how to root. Kingroot is not safe for rooting I think. I red some were. But didn't search more about it.

ZUI and CM both are different. So I don't think that restoring data from CM to ZUI or from ZUI to CM will work. I flashed ZUI 2.0 and tried to restore apps with Titanium Backup. But it didn't work.
For me few issues with ZUI. Can't sync Google contacts, and Titanium Backup didn't work. I am using CM13 now.

VNS-L31 Can not rollback to marshmallow from nougat

Hi everyone, unfortunately I updated my p9 to nougat, using a zip found on a guide on the internet. But it's not a real complete beta, in this version a lot of emui's apps are missing such as, updater, calculator theme etc. So i tried to rollback to marshmallow, but I was not able to do it cause 3 buttons method don't work...There is any chance to fix this beta or to roll back to mm?

you have to flash the additional package so as to have all the apps, search in the forum you will find it

Ok, i followed the guide linked up. Everything is fine. There is a guide there on how to make data mount possible on revolution recovery for nougat. From there i flashed a workin nougat beta and addtional package. Thanks for answers everyone.

Lineage 15 is released for our Z2 Plus and is also available for download
I tried to install that rom
But I was getting error 7 and then error 6 !!
But Somehow I managed to get rid from it installed the rom successfully as well as gapps but it's not booting up

I was getting error 7 and error 6 then I opened the "update script" file into the rom and deleted all asserts coding and even then it did not work. So after trying for 2 to 3 times it installed easily but was not booting up.
Just want that if you guys can check it and somehow it boots up

How did you finally manage to install the rom? Did you succeed? You did not write clearly. And where are the files located?

Wait for Oreo releases of the XDA Devs here instead of flashing untrusted stuff from the internet.

Z2 Plus is not officially supported by Lineage OS for now, so possibility of getting early builds is kind of unlikely, so please verify the source of the download once and refrain from flashing anything thats not released by our devs for now

I am new to XDA and That's why I was not permitted to add any external link to the rom (files) itself.
If I still can add external link so please tell me how to do it

I have read it all and That's why posted a question here so that you guys can somehow make it bootable because I am too excited and Oreo is ported without boot related bugs even for the older device like Moto x 1st Gen then why not for our device?

the devs here on XDA are working on Oreo, check the Offical AEX thread, Davide stated that the next build is going to be Oreo.
I wouldn't flash any ROM without having the ability to see the source code atleast. The site you found the ROM at does not look legitime to me at all.
Who knows what it will do/did to your device.

If you installed twrp then flash sep8.5
I have same device as you have and it's bug less rom
It's much better than stock and it is noghat too!
Here are the link of threads that is preferred and it's the only way that can use your phone as you want

You can choose between these two rom
If you Don't care about theme and some ability like this install sep8.5 lite(first link)
And if you want some stuff like edge panel floating messages and themes and these things install Secend one(sep8.5)
Both of them are bug less and completely stable and fast
Btw update your twrp to latest official

You have installed twrp??
If yes download that img file then at install section select install img then look for your file and click on it then you will see boot and recovery option that you should select revovery then slide to flash
Btw download latest one from twrp.me

Bro done....i have installed twrp with supported aroma 3.2.1 but when I install the spaceos on my J500H it fails.

I didn't prefer space os lol
How ever it's great rom
But you know some roms creat for some special twrp
Just prototype solved that bug on his rom(sep8.5)
Now for this Just see which twrp is preferred on its threat
It should be zonik's twrp ikd
But just check which is recommended by dev
