why nontreble roms (at least pie roms) have less antutu benchmark in compare with the treble ones?? (trebles about 55000 and nontrebles about 40000. more or less).

of course these are still beta and, most of them still have some issues and these are answer benchmarks
some bugs such as camera,screen glitches,fingerprint and etc
bugs gonna go fix step by step
and finally we're gonna have an stable one and finally here we have an equal in performance compare to gsi and less bug

do not forget that GSIs base is a vendor in customs
we have a pie vendor by WinKarbik but it doesn't boot any GSIs
but with fixes some problem that can be available to use

first important thing for me is running PUBG smoothly
and GSI does this a lot better than Customs
but MK 9.0 of today build(20190610) runs PUBG as smooth as GSIs
with no in-call sound issue
and a fully functional FP
only different compare to GSI is that there is no dt2w and i can install GCam in GSI but in mokee no!hope will fix
i'm ganna stay with this for a while

Not everybody have interest in flashing every time, a good stable and working ROM may be enough for the next 3 years, but for people having interest in flashing here are options available to everyone depending on your preferences.

I understand the boot speed has been corrected with a new build of havoc 2.6 by Scorpion. You need to download the new one. Yes the last one I just booted takes less than 2 min to boot and has adequate responsiveness so far.
Finally, a new good thread where it's all lined up. Hopefully we'll get some news and reviews as well. Reading those steps from those guys (either for GSIs and customs) in that treble thread, jumping back and forward just for resizing, vendoring, booting, bugs of works and whatnot, etc etc REALLY REALLY gave me some headache. Thanks, OP.

Sorry I didn't get that. I personally never worry about benchmark values, as long as the phone is responsive and always available for use. I may not be able to give you cogent reasons except I do some research, and that I believe you can do yourself. I can only assume antutu checks system performance and since system is separated and debloated from other things which are in the vendor partition it achieves higher score...

i've misunderstood your question too
now i've got what you asked
anyway about buttons
this is a limitation of ROM so there is no way and i think it is enough to customize(you still have menu and home to customize)
but if you want AOD you can flash havoc patch for this too
remember AOD stops phone from deep sleep and battery drains faster

if you watch too much than i suggest use miui8 beta based on kitkat it is most stable so far

You need to flash OOS 3.2.6 or above firmware . ROM is ODEXED , and lots of improvements , hence the large filesize !

I am currently on Aosoextended 3rd march build with its kernel.
Still can't hear audio on Bluetooth calls. The other day I found that I was not able to get any files using WiFi direct. But its far better than 7.x ROMs.

All are similar, good enough for daily use
Used extended and firehound. Felt almost similar experience in both.
Are we at daily driver level yet with Oreo roms? I am tired of EUI and wanted to try something new and I prefer pure android anyway.

Yeah almost. I am using firehound rom and its working great. Use punisher kernel to avoid heating.

Dear, I think there is nothing wrong. This post is just to create a list of Oreo roms available. Which will help users to go directly to there favourite Rom without searching any where.

Codename Phoenix is great ROM no based in oos, 8.1 with oos camera full working

There is no thread for it anywhere (the ones that existed have been closed, so you won't find anything there any which way). The telegram channel is only updated when a release is released. Yes, there hasn't been one for a while, but until the the dev (@siankatabg) says it's dead, it's not dead.

Recommended to use the latest Codeworkx or BluSpark TWRP (for 8.1) which fixes the data decryption (with pin/pattern) on encrypted phones in TWRP. You can find them in XDA.
Flashing Magisk with the ROM might lead you to bootloop/black screen. It is recommended to flash Magisk after the initial boot of the ROM.

I am really enjoying the latest version of Pie AEX above. Runs super smooth for me on my 2GB kenzo... though the phone needs to be restarted sometimes when performance starts to get laggy. After a restart, performance is amazing... for at least a few days.

I am currently using RR 6.2 Oreo Rom. How are the pie ROMs compared to Resurrection Remix Oreo in terms of battery and performance? Does Magisk and Kernel Auditor works ? Will I see a degradation in terms of anything if I switch to Havoc Pie ?
